Hotel location not good and room interior not good

Rooms not upto the mark as mentioned in Fab app

Its the worst experience for any professional traveller, i have booked room with Breakfast faciltiy but not available, No refund was given to me for non availability of breakfast, the staff said you need to order Online, i asked GST Physical Bill, i was toldby staff that i need to pay additional GST amount also for the GST bill for a super luxury room, No toiletries provided. The reception staff does not have proper knowledge, also we had to wake him up at 9.30 AM. it was a mistake and will recommend everyone to not book this hotel atleast

Hi This is related to horrible experience i had during my stay in Fab Hotel The parkview Surat. I faced number of issues as soon as I checked in. The room was extremely dirty and unhygenic condition, no Tioletaries, Very dirty bathroom, extremely dirty toilets, no hangers in wardrobe, dirty bedsheets without appropriate laundary The hotel manager was very arrogant and ran away and did not pick up any call. I have to checked out today and I have already paid of 3 days.Please refund me all the money. Attached photographs for a dirty room. This is after i have asked them to clean multiple times. After today's incident you have lost not only customer like me but many.

No gysor, bads spring was uncomfortable to sleep. No water after 7 am
