FabHotel Punjab Pride
The Hotel Global Inn owned by Punjab Pride is a good hotel only 3 years old. Rooms are fresh. Total 29 rooms out of which 22 are double bedded and 7 are four bedded. Presently room service of food is given thru their kitchen on the ground floor but shortly their nice restaurant on the 5th floor is coming up to serve food. Parking is paid in a nearby designated place but not available in the hotel. Only veg food is served. Location wise good as situated on the back side of Jallianwala Bagh which can be witnessed from the window of its rooms facing it. Hardly 200 mtrs from the back side gate of Golden Temple.

Check In : 29 Dec 2025 Check Out : 31 Dec 2025 Stayed with Family There is nothing good to write in review apart from location of the hotel (Global Inn - also known as Fab Hotel : Punjab Pride) which is close to Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baug. TV is present in room but it does not work. No remote available, no set top box connection. WiFi connection too weak so you can not run YouTube etc. Despite very low temperature, no availability of hot water in the room. We precisely asked the person at reception to clean our room on Day 2 of our stay while we were out on local excursion and to our surprise the room was not even opened, forget about cleaning it. Used towels were not changed as well. No parking place available at all. Not recommended at all for even 1 night of stay.

Pathetic hotel, service and staff.. one of the worst experience ever.. I have booked two rooms, triple sharing. Hotel has claimed king size bed, however in reality they provided double bed and one of us had to sleep on floor. Hotel staff is absolutely not cooperative.. they don’t listen to customer’s concern. Very very bad experience.. Never book this hotel..

Extremely Poor & Frustrating Experience with FabHotels I had a very disappointing experience booking through FabHotels for Punjab Pride. FabHotels has a very poor system and provides no direct contact details of the hotel, as they are merely aggregators with extremely weak customer support. Despite taking an advance payment, FabHotels never confirmed my booking with the hotel. I only found this out after reaching the hotel reception, which was shocking and embarrassing—especially after traveling with my elderly mother, for whom I had made an advance booking specifically to avoid last-minute stress. Their customer support is equally poor. For cancellation and refund, there is no proper email or written communication, and the staff keeps repeating the same scripted responses like a recorded message, without offering real solutions. As the only alternative, FabHotels suggested shifting to another property that was far from my chosen location, which was not acceptable due to the presence of an elderly family member. This completely defeated the purpose of advance booking. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Booking through FabHotels actually made the stay more expensive and complicated. Strong suggestion: Never book through FabHotels. The best option is to directly call the hotel and negotiate the deal yourself—it’s cheaper, more reliable, and saves you from unnecessary hassle. ⸻

Rooms image present on their website and other booking portals does not match with actual. When we refused to stay, they refused to refund our advance . Staff was not at all polite, they were like mere pas apka advance nai h me kaha se du, jaha se booking ki h waha se mango. We spoke to customer care they denied. At 11 30 pm with my 2 small kids , I was standing on the road outside the hotel looking for rickshaw. The entire hotel was vacant still they were not courteous enough to offer us upgrade or ay support. If this is the way people behave in customer service, I tell you, your group has a small vision and a very small journey into it. Pathetic service , no gesture, disgusting behavior
