It was a pleasant staying...clean room well behaved...we requested for early check in and thankfully we got our both room before 12.....

First I was in room 4 with no hot water, street noise and very poor internet. Then the manager kindly moved me to room V-010 with super fast internet and hot water. Wonderful. While staying here for 5 nights the electricity went out 5-6 times. There is a big generator as backup but the internet dissapears and it takes a few minutes to reconnect. Finding the place can be a challenge. You need to enter via a poorly signed underground garage just left of the Airtel internet shop. See my attached photos to find it. Unfortunately, there are no metro stations nearby.

Wonderful Stay at Fraser Suites Bangalore We stayed at Fraser Suites Bangalore for 5 days and had booked two rooms—one master and one standard. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the service was truly commendable. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also a big plus convenient and well-connected, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend Fab Hotel Frazer Suites Bangalore to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay in the city.

Responsive staff and well-maintained property; property was well connected to all main city attractions. There are a lot of eateries, auto wallas, and pharmacies nearby; I would highly recommend tourists to stay in Fabhotels Vista Suites. They are not provided not even Basic dental kit, very bad for 500ml water bottle charging 30 Rupees

Unmarried couple are not allowed. And we did not even enter in that hotel. They did not allow us. We have complained to the customer care. But even they did not respond as properly. And we didn't get our refund. And not even a different spot. They have finded and gave me. A very worst experience however I got

Stayed for one day and night (two persons). The experience was disappointing and did not match what was mentioned at the time of booking. Basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided. Only two 500 ml water bottles were given. The toilet was not clean and hygiene was poorly maintained. The room was very congested, making it uncomfortable to stay. Breakfast was provided as a parcel from another hotel instead of being served at the property, which was not informed in advance. Overall, the stay was not value for money and needs significant improvement

FabHotels Frazer Suites: Unfit for Families, Unfit for Hospitality I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my family received at FabHotels Frazer Suites during their stay on 22nd and 23rd November 2024. I was away on a business trip and couldn’t accompany them, but hearing about their experience has left me furious. The complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency at this hotel is shocking, to say the least. Inhumane Behavior by Receptionist My wife, her elderly parents, brother with Down Syndrome, and two young children arrived late at night after a long journey. Instead of welcoming them, the receptionist Javid Khan rudely refused to honor the booking we had made through customer care. If I were there, I would not have tolerated this inhumane behavior for even a moment. Filthy Rooms and Appalling Hygiene The rooms my family were finally given after paying extra were disgusting. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere, the bathrooms smelled of sewage, and the extra mattresses were thrown into the room as if garbage. These mattresses were torn, stained, and completely unfit for use. The sheets provided were no better—stained with dried nasal phlegm. No proper blankets were given, and the tap in one bathroom was broken, making it impossible to use without getting sprayed with water. Harassment Over Additional Charges Javid Khan harassed my family late at night, demanding more money despite already charging them extra. The audacity to call them at 1 AM to extort more money is unacceptable. My family was already exhausted and distressed, and this behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. Unworthy of the Price My family ended up paying INR 8343 for two rooms for two nights, which is an absolute rip-off given the horrific state of the rooms and the service they received. For this amount, you’d expect at least clean rooms and respectful treatment. Instead, this hotel provided nothing but stress, dirt, and frustration. Message to FabHotels If I had been present, I would have taken this dispute to the highest level. Your staff’s behavior was disgraceful, your rooms unfit for any guest, and your service a complete failure. I demand an explanation and a full refund for this experience. Such treatment of customers—especially families traveling with elderly and special-needs members—is unacceptable. Fix your staff, fix your hygiene, and fix your system. Until then, I will strongly advise everyone I know to avoid FabHotels at all costs. Rating: 0/5 (if that were an option).

Me and my wife stayed here for two days. I paid already 25% in advance while booking. Reception was nice. They charged Rs.100/- per person per day for breakfast which is too costly, since they purchase from nearby hotels only which is very cheaper if we go there directly. This is not at all problem. Due to certain emergency my wife was leaving little bit early at 8 pm. We booked through OLA, i was going with her to drop her in a taxi. Receptionist was coming along with us from lift to hotel entrance and saying that pay the bill and go. Further said that without payment I shouldn't leave hotel. I politely said that i am just dropping her to the taxi. But without hope and confidence on us, he got my phone as guarantee and left to the reception. Arragont fellow. I then paid and got the phone. Once i came to my room, he called me and asked when i will leave. I said 10 mts. Then i locked the room and handed over key in the reception. He said to wait for 2 mts and gone to my room for checking their belongings. I didn't find fault on him, this is routine process. But they should do before i leave the room. Otherwise room is spacious and comfortable. I won't come again. Mannerless people.
