Travellers coming from Delhi and other parts of NCR can take the Yellow Line metro to HUDA City Centre, located 4 km away. The rooms were not very clean, especially the bathrooms. Also, the wifi here is awful, doesn't support even a whatsapp call. The water got finished while taking a shower, and there was a power outage for 40 minster as well.

This is the worst experience I had in gurugram, the hotel staff was not supportive at all, they didn't provide water bottles, no one was picking up any calls, there is no AC remote available, I called like 5 times but no support available from any staff. Even the water bottle was not complimentary. At the check out they told me that you need to pay for water bottles and charged 30 ruppees each for 18 ruppees water bottles which is not legal btw. Wifi was real slow, no tv remote was available, no refrigerator even in their premium room, hotel staff was so rude and no one provide number of hotel manager. Worst experience ever!

Dont book hotel through Fabhotel site or thorough customer care. Definitely you will loose your money. One more thing in Gurugram don't book hotels via booking.com, agaoda ,etc.,. When you are going to check-in that time only you will realize that they won't consider online bookings..
