Tables, Toilets sheets were broken. Towel bed sheets were dirty.changed room twice but did not felt even anything delux room.

Initially I had booked for another fabhotels property but later I was informed of a change in property. The location was centrally located and great. On reaching the hotel nobody was bothered to process the check in formalities. The rooms were shabby. Washrooms not cleaned. Cockroaches emerging in between. Very disappointing, never book fabhotels.

One of the Worst Stay I have ever had in my Lifetime. No response from the staff early check-in was 800 for 4 hours. The washroom are the worst no water supply door are broken walls are broken Commod was shaby not clean. No room services AC was not working tv channels are provided. No water for drinking and no lashes i would give a 9 Rating and this is not a 3 star but a lodge filthy smell staff chewing Pan paag and Talking to the customer

This is an Oyo rooms where people come for hourly rates. Beds are filled with cockroaches. They don't even give water bottles or toiletries. Had to ask them for everything. Even hot water in bathrooms but didn't get.

Very disappointing stay at FabHotels Hotel S Continental. The room was not clean, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities were not up to standard. The washroom hygiene was especially bad, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Staff response was slow and not very helpful when issues were raised. The overall service did not match expectations, and the experience was far from pleasant. Definitely not worth the price paid. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. The room cleanliness and maintenance were also below standard, and staff response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, very poor service and not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel in Hyderabad. From the moment we checked in, the service and overall condition of the property were far below expectations. We booked through fab and paid extra for early checkin. When we reached the hotel they refused to give us room and staff told there is only premium room and we need to take it. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. It felt like customer service was not a priority for them. The facilities advertised online did not match reality. Several things either weren’t available or were in poor condition. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad, and I definitely won’t be staying here again

The rooms are so dirty. It’s not as shown in photos they share while we are booking. And early morning there will be no hot water to take a shower. I really don recommend this hotel for anybody. Very bad room. Not at all hygiene. Worst bathrooms.

Booked as per Hotels shared by Google maps. Google showed Fabhotel... Please don't be fooled by the digitally enhanced photos. Room not cleaned in last 2 days. Kitchen not available, as booked for breakfast. Tea cost 30 Rs. Worse thing is Fab hotel helpline is not picking phone.
