Nice rooms and management also good!!! My stay was awesome in this hotel

The worst ever experience I had in my life. I was traveling with family and booked a room in this place for July 11,12 and 13, paid Rs 936 as advised. I realised that booking is done in another office and has nothing to do with the property management. I asked for early check-in and was advised to talk to the property management. I called the reception and talked to them about it. They asked me to call on 10th July, which I did. They agreed, but after 10 pm they sent a message that there is no vacancy, and will get the room only after 12 noon. We were travelling from Chennai and reached Hyderabad by 5:30 am. We spent some time in Railway station and decided to go to the hotel by 9:30. After reaching the property, the drama begins! There was no one at the reception. Three families were waiting there. A cleaner approached me and I told him about check-in. He said the room will be ready in an hour's time. We waited for 45 minutes,, the other two families left. Another person came (I think he is the office boy)to the reception and he said that it will take another hour to get the room. By 11 am another person came (I think he is the receptionist). He was the person who asked me to come in the morning. I asked about the situation and response was horrible. The worst ever behaviour a person can show to a client. He started arguing and was justifying himself without even making some alternative. The conversation ended up threatening us. It came to the verge of physical attack. We left the place immediately. I'm sure this place is not safe for families. No one is safe with the receptionist around. Reviews were okay and opted for this place. My experience in this place is still haunting me. The worst ever experience in my life. While booking, what they say is not the reality. Think twice before you book.

My stay at Fab Hotel was an utter nightmare. I booked a room online for a late-night check-in from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Despite having a confirmation call and the website showing availability, the hotel staff turned us away upon arrival, claiming no rooms were available. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism were shocking. At 2 a.m., exhausted, we were redirected to another hotel in HiTech City. We were informed we would need to pay extra for a separate mattress, which we agreed to due to the late hour and our need for rest. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to provide the mattress, citing space issues, yet still charged us extra. One friend had to sleep in the car because they were so uncooperative. The room was filthy—dirty mattresses and bedsheets, and nothing like the pictures online. The gate was jammed, and the overall cleanliness was non-existent. When I complained to the reception, they dismissed our concerns and even suggested we clean the room ourselves if we wanted it to be acceptable. After a lengthy argument, we were moved to another room, which was equally dirty with broken locks. When we asked for a refund, we were flatly denied, with staff claiming the rooms were clean and their policy offered no recourse. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Paying top dollar for a few hours of subpar accommodation was very disappointing. The negative reviews I saw the next morning matched my experience exactly, and it’s clear that despite responses to complaints, nothing has changed. Avoid this hotel at all costs until they seriously address their numerous issues.

Just to highlight: there parking is in basement and the ramp is so steep that u will feel ur car will turn upside down. And if ur car is loaded and slightly weak engine and may be ur car will get stuck in parking. Staff was also not cooperating

If zero star, than I have given zero star. Bedsheets were worn out dirty. Room was smelling. No water in bathroom. Spider web and cockroaches are guest before you. No tea facility. No one to take your luggage.

Worst experience denied check in and asked me to cancel the booking and pay extra money to book hotel. No TV no light in washroom rude staff behaviour. Totally disappointed and terrible experience.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever met in my entire life. Had booked this place as an emergency as I reached past midnight. The caretaker was sleeping near the reception and would not budge even once when I tried to wake him up, multiple times! stating I wanted to check in. Called fab hotels customer service and they couldn't do anything to reach the owner/ appropriate person who could help. I had to cancel and look for forward another place in the early hours (3am to 4am precisely) . Would never recommend this place and fab hotels to female travellers, please be vigilant of such places and services to avoid the worst experience while traveling!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the behavior of a staff member named Nitish. I visited the hotel to assist a friend who had been staying there for 4-5 days. My only intention was to help him carry out his bags as he was checking out. Despite my friend confirming my introduction and granting permission, Nitish flat-out refused to let me enter the room. His attitude was unprofessional and unnecessarily rigid, showing a complete lack of understanding and basic hospitality. Instead of assisting in a simple matter, he created an unpleasant situation, leaving both my friend and me frustrated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the management’s training of their staff. A hotel should prioritize the comfort and convenience of its guests, but sadly, this was not the case here. I will not recommend this place to anyone, as such experiences make guests feel unwelcome and undervalued. Management should address this issue seriously to ensure better treatment of their patrons in the future.

I made a booking for 2 nights to stay at this place via fabhotel customer service itself. Horrible hotel! Mine was unfortunately an immediate need therefore we had no other choice. Else don't opt for it. • Rooms : Its nothing like what's shown in the pictures. Please don't get swayed away. Extremely dirty. We had to get the bedsheets, pillow covers changed the moment we entered the room. They cleaned the room only when we took the room. There was leakage too in the washroom. • Service : Their breakfast is nothing. They bring it from nearby shop in polythene which was unhygienic, not tasty and not edible. At the time of checkout, we (2 females) had 4 suitcases, 2 bagpacks & 2 small bags. When asked them to send us help so that we could share in carrying the bags, no person came. Eventually we had to get it downstairs after waiting for 30 mins. • Accessories & necessities - TV didn't work. They didn't give us toiletries until we asked for it. When we did, they gave only for one person and said they didn't have.
