Fabhotels tried to give me some other hotel instead of the one I booked. When I finally called them more than 6 times, they picked up once and told me that I can have the room I booked. The water in the bathroom was completely yellow, like it was mixed with sewer water. The towel which I had to ask for as they did not provide it earlier had so many lints. There was nothing available in the bathroom except small soap.

Wifi username and password were not provided inspite of asking several times. Staff seems to be lazy room was not cleaned properly it was filled with cigarettes in window when asked to clean the one who came to clean was angry and throwing things without handling with patience. Highly unprofessional, taps were broken in washroom and what not could write a book of complaints if asked. Not gonna book fab hotels again.

Very bad experience. Bed was so bad that it gave us a backache. Washroom was smelly, flush did not work properly. Even after repeatedly asking for room change, new room was not provided

I stayed only for one hour and then we immediately changed the property so how come my stay is completed as soon as we entered the property it was very bad toilet seat was broken door nobes ever broken and when we requested the manager to change my room he denied as asked for 1000 rupees more to upgrade my room I have never seen this type of behaviour i suggest everyone never book hotels from fab hotels and specially freedom international Andheri East my money is still not refunded
