My experience at the hotel was pretty pleasant for 2 days. No hassles, sufficient parking, lift to reach the floor/rooms, clean and tidy room, courteous staff and spacious and clean washrooms. Sadly no photos of the room were clicked but it is definitely a good stay! 5 stars for the experience.

My experience is good with Balaji Inn hotel, I stayed for 1 day only. Main benefit is it near to Panchavati Chock and Panvhavati ghat. Room are good and have parking facility but for limited number of customers.

No water Served, TV not working,. Overall Hotel not value for Money. No lobby very conjusted, staff and reception not that hostile. They said they are booking this in loss thru Fab.. Fab has nothing to do with us.. we felt after hard earned money paid as if they are doing a favour to us.not a good experience at alp

The promised bed arrangement was not provided. The bathroom had the problem of water retaining. The promised things were only provided after much interaction and even asked for cost. They denied the quilt or blanket at par the standard… they gave a very thin blanket…

booked this hotel as it was the only one near the examination centre where my son was appearing. We had driven from Mumbai to Nashik. Upon reaching the hotel, the parking area was congested, and we received little to no assistance from the hotel employees as we navigated the parking conundrum. The morning receptionist was very uncooperative, condescending, and disdainful in his tone; it seemed that he was doing us a favour. He looked like he was not at all happy seeing us. There was no smile on his face. He had no training in greeting the guests. Upon discussing the position of our parked car, he rudely and superciliously said that "It's your Mistake, you parked in the wrong position.” We demanded to check the room we had booked and found that the toilet commode was brownish. Upon informing the receptionist, he said, "What can you expect out of a 10-year-old Hotel?". Eventually, we got the room changed. The TV in the room had signal issues. Two staff members tried and changed the faulty setup box, but all was in vain; it was the only excusable issue, as it was probably due to the drizzle. THERE WAS NO HEAVY RAIN. We thought that we could head for a shower before bed, but alas, there was no hot water. We raised a query at the reception and requested hot water. The staff told us to run the tap for 10 minutes. We ran it longer, but to no avail. We had booked and paid for an included breakfast, which we could not have as we left the hotel early for the Exam Centre. We requested a cup of tea before leaving for the exam centre, but it was told that the hotel could not even arrange for a cup of tea or coffee before 08:00 in the morning. I requested the Hotel and inquired if they could arrange a cup of tea or coffee from outside, but they denied. Although the Infrastructure of the premises is promising, the behaviour of the staff is inexcusable. It is the small things that need to be taken care of. Please find the list of items that I did not like in Room No. 205. 1) Unwashed Curtains with possible fungal growths -The right side curtain at the bottom was soiled with black stains. 2) The TV & Setup box wires were left cluttered. 3) The louvre of the bathroom was broken. 4) A toilet paper roll was not provided. 5) Electric fittings were Untidy. 6) The towels were aged.

Had booked their Hall for baby shower function. Was not satisfied with their overall experience. Only the manager seems to be trained. Staff isn't. Even we had to call the manager 3 to 4 times to fix appointment with him as we wanted to pay the booking amount and fix the date. Hardly any functions take place their. So staff hardly has any experience it seems. They were rude and very slow with their work. Chairs were increased in number and covered with drapes after reminding them that guests have started to come and still the number of chairs arranged were lesser than decided. 3 to 4 guests fell down from chairs because they were broken and still such broken chairs were covered with clothes instead of discarding them. Luckily there was no major casualty, but sounds so bad that guests fell down due to broken chairs. Such mismanagement is not expected when we pay u equally as compared to other nearby banquet halls. They also have monopoly with decorator and he also seems least bothered to make our event successful. On our baby shower ceremony, they had displayed some random names of a guy and gal on the stage and on asking, decorator said adivasi boys were sent for decor and they did it by mistake as they didn't understand what to do. So whose mistake was that? Also the decoration is not optimised according to the stage which is quite small in size. He just keeps the things which he already has even if it is not fitting and looking good at that point of time. He doesn't care. I wud only say that food was better than whatever other issues we had. I wouldn't recommend this banquet Hall to anyone. Even all the lights were not switched on before function. No staircase access to Hall. Only onelift . Too many things to improve.

Worst experience with Fab Hotels. Pathetic service and customer support. Just looting people with bookings. Once booking done, no support as Fab Hotels has already received money Worst experience ever. I have visited many places.. but booking with Fab Hotels is the worst. Customer care number doesnt work for existing booking.. Press 1 for for new booking works.. But press 2 for existing booking doesnt work..email support feedback@fabhotels too doesnt work.. If you have booked with Fab Hotels, then u r trapped. I booked the hotel for 1800/- then later automatically rates increased to 2100.. then again 2400.. how come rate changes once booking is done. FAB hotels is a big time fraud. I am not talking about the Opulence Stay which we booked. No issues with Opulence stay hotel. Booking with Fab Hotels is a fraud..

absolutely disgusting hotel. do not fall prey to the decent looking pictures on various websites. the rooms do not match the pictures at all. the washroom is old and moldy. the bidet has no water coming out of it. the lift doesn't work. the bedsheets had tiny hair and marks all over it and I've been feeling itchy ever since I sat on the bed. absolutely disgusting hotel. DO NOT BOOK

I had initially booked FabHotel Rama Palace which had better location and amenities but myreservation was moved to FabHotel Balaji Inn. The moment I checked into Balaji Inn I was told that there is a pricing discrepancy between both hotels. Instead of resolving it amicably between 2 hotels they wanted me to do it through Make my trip (MMT). The sour experience started at checkin itself. MMT contacted Rama Palace. Rama Palace contacted Balaji Inn and eventually the issue was resolved and i was checked in. Inside the room, the TV did not work, the bedsheets and pillow covers seemed dirty, While the A/c was under performing but that was the only thing that helped me to stay through 1 day. While the initial booking at Rama Palace had amenities like Telephone, Seating area, Safe, mineral water, Ironing board, Toiletries but Balaji Inn only had an A/C, a bath towel and 2 Medimix soaps. My package included breakfast so I enquired where will it be served. I was told that i need to go to the nearby restaurant. The hotel would call the restaurant and inform them that I was coming. When i visited the restaurant it was spawning with people and I had to wait for my turn, so I left the restaurant without having breakfast. The way both the Fabexpress hotels manged the booking was extremely poor and hence I would rate my overall experience as poor.
