The staff was very helpful in every situation. Whether it is related to hotel accommodation or personal things. They helped me a lot and served me better. I also have suggested my other friends the walnut who are looking for a stay in kalyani nagar pune

Hotel room was good but the coordination between fab hotel and the hotel that i was staying in was very poor. Hotel staff behavior was very bad and as i have booked twice via fab hotel they said they will not provide any room to me further i need to book with them only directly. Even they tried to charge for per day water also

I have a terrible experience of hotel gargi deluxe . They have charged extra 1700 /- rs inspite of informing them to modify my booking and cancel my booking for one day. The hotel staff as well as the executive from fab hotels are adamant on charging the amount . I have requested them many times that I have checked out and modify and cancel my booking for one day . No one is listening and I have been charged the full amount . Rooms are dirty with cockroachs and mosquito there are no cleaning as well . I will not suggest to book this property . Kindly note . If in future they return my amount then i will think to visit again . Very bad experience at my end .

I booked hotel at 1570 but they are charged 600 extra for when am reached the hotel. They are doing scam with people. Also staff behaviour is soo rude.

Despite early check in guarantee, reception denied, charged money to personal account and refused to give bill. Almost threatened if escalated. Scary and pathetic

I had a horrible experience. I booked the hotel by calling your IVR number and some executive booked the hotel. I clearly told him that I will be reaching the hotel at 2 am. I also called the hotel reception and informed them that I will be reaching late, i.e. 2 am, to which, they said okay. Upon reaching the hotel, they said that they are sold out and have no rooms available. They said that they have another property 5 kms away from their location and I need to go there and check-in. When I couldn't find a cab after trying multiple times, they said that they will give me a room to stay the night and I need to leave before 11 am as other guests will be coming. I did so, and in the morning, I went to the other property named Nisarg Villa and checked in. It was a shabby place with unclean washroom. Since my booking included breakfast, I asked them for it but he said that the other guy (from the first hotel) has not said anything about breakfast. Upon insisting, he gave me a bowl of poha and a small cup of tea. On the day of checkout, when I asked for the breakfast, he said that breakfast is not provided on the day of checkout. (Like, seriously?). Overall, I had a terrible experience with FabHotels and I would never recommend it to anyone.

It's in a chawl location and on top of it on Google there are 2 pearl inn hotels shown. Pathetic location, there no dining area, after telling the manager 3 times that it is in our package he said I will order from outside and give you tea and poha

Rooms quality was pathetic , its stinking , bed sheets not cleaned , dirty washroom. Quality of food is so bad !! All were cold , no taste , no one is bother to address guest concerns ? Not worth it at cost of 3800/-. Very bad experience .
