I recently stayed at Emerald Hotel and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning! The hotel’s facilities were top-notch.The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering fresh and high-quality selections. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easy to access transportation. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend Emerald Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I will definitely be returning!

After booking this hotel on booking.com, I took a rickshaw and started following the Location map what given on booking.com, I have reached to a Residencial colony with dead end, later I have contacted Fab hotels followed by call to the Hotel directly...I gave my phone to my Rikshaw driver and he took me to the hotel...upon arrival I came to know this hotel is at good location and very near to Airport , the Name board outside hanging is Hotel Crown plaza..there was no FAB marketing Board ac Available any where ....and in Booking .Com it shows FAB Hotel Crown Plaza...due to this name...local riskaw drivers also get confused from what is the tourist says ....Hotel was good, they have restaurant inside so good hotel to stay for people planing to travel using Airport...

What was good-PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE RAILWAY STATION. STAFF ARE GOOD. QUICK CHECK-IN BUT FIRSTLY THEY WERE NOT SURE ABOUT THE BOOKING RATE PROVIDED BY BOOKING.COM AS IT IS UNDER CHARGED FROM THERE POINT OF VIEW BUT THEY DIDNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT AFTERWARDS. HAD A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH WATER IN BATHROOM THE NEXT DAY IN THE MORNING AS THERE IS NO SUPPLY OF WATER FOR AROUND 3 HRS. FOOD PROVIDED IS QUICK AND TASTY. ROOM HAVE A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH LIGHTING..........ITS A DIM LIGHT ROOM. OTHERWISE A FINE STAY. What was bad- NO FRONT DOOR AND THE ENTRANCE IS HIDE AWAY AND HAVE TO SOLVE A PUZZLE TO FIND THE RECEPTION IN THE MORNING AS THERE IS NOONE FOR HELP AND THE LIFT WERE CLOSED AT 7AM.

I had a confirmed booking at Hotel Shivani International, Ranchi, made online in advance. But when our guests arrived at the hotel, I was told no rooms were available. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long journey. There was no prior communication, no apology, and no real effort from the staff to resolve the issue or help find alternative accommodation. It was clear they were either overbooked or completely disorganized. What’s the point of confirming a booking if it’s not honored? This experience was unprofessional and caused a lot of inconvenience. I expected better from Hotels. I would not recommend this property to anyone relying on a confirmed reservation.

According to the property’s policy, we were supposed to check in around 2 PM. However, due to our travel schedule, we arrived and checked in at around 12:15 AM—a change I had already communicated to the hotel via email. Upon arrival, the receptionist mentioned that we were given executive rooms, but when we went up, we found the rooms in a filthy state. After bringing this to their attention, they moved us to a different room. My group managed to settle into two rooms, but then the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working. We were forced to change rooms again and, unbelievably, they took us back to one of the same dirty rooms we initially rejected. They claimed it had been cleaned at 1:30 AM, but it was far from acceptable. The entire property is poorly maintained. Rooms are not cleaned properly, the bathrooms are dirty, and using the toilet feels like standing in a sewage system due to the foul smell. The linens were not fresh either—what were supposed to be white sheets were so old and stained they appeared brown. This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worst enemies. Avoid at all costs!

Please let me the status of refund for my complain id 22474060210 I booked room in hotel suggested by fab hotel paid online Rs 1030 before check in. Did check in hotel crown plaza (hinoo Ranchi ) paid Rs 2402 at the time of check in.booking was from17-4-25 and check out date was 19-4-25 .But when they provided the room went to toilet no water.changed room twice same issue.they released water for few hours.when used washroom at night got surprised again with no water asked for mosquito refil got refil but almost no liquid in it don't know what to do.i cancelled my stay of 18-4-25 and they deducted the 1 day charge and did Refund of rs 1200. When asked them what about refund of the amount paid online 1030 they suggested for this plz contact fab when asked bill they said you will get it online on wats app still not received . Pathetic experience of hotel suggested by booking.com and fab I trusted booking.com and made this booking plz revert and let me know what to do else from onwards I ll stop bookings from your website. plz do the needful

Their pricing policies are inconsistent and exploitative, with steep increases at night that feel arbitrary and unfair. The staff shows little to no concern for guest needs, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. For instance, I was left waiting for 45 minutes at an entrance with no clear instructions on how to reach the property, and they refused to provide a simple map. The location itself is poorly situated, and the overall management seems disorganized, offering a lackluster experience that fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. This is not for professional hospitality for families.
