FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
Nice hotel, large room, room service for breakfast which was nice. Could have been a little cleaner.
FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Centrally located from station, city centre, stadium and shopping arena. Staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
Literally the worst experience ever. I mean I don’t understand how can they call themselves 3-star when they have such bad service, pathetic rooms when the taps are leaking and the rooms were so unhygienic that insects were flying all around. WILL NEVER EVER SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE!!!
FabHotel La Victoria
All fake advertisement. Small stinking rooms.if the adjacent room person smoking the smoke is coming to the next rooms. Washed towels are filled with small insects Completly Unhygienic They called up several times to confirm booking. Staff has no basic manners to talk to visitors. Stinking parking very risky to parkn in the basement. No security in the basement parking. At the exit gate trash bags No geyser in the bathroom We checked out in less that 5 hrs. Food is not prepared or ready to order. In one of the rooms, the toilet seat is broken from inside. Staff forced us to give 500 rs beforehand as they knew that if we did that,we would not go anywhere else. I would have posted and taken pics as well but was so disgusting experience that I do not want to waste my phobe memory with this disgusting experience. A waste of money stay. NOT AT ALL A FAMILY PLACE TO STAY
FabHotel Prime Welcome Palace
Fabhotel shittiest customer service. This hotel did not take accountability of booking made through Fabhotels website, and asked us to contact Fabhotels directly. We got to know this when we reached the hotel. Fabhotels customer service support number was not accessible. But they picked up the call immediately in case I selected the option for "new reservation". Also, they keep transferring your call. It was a real pain to get through to their customer support. Don't make the mistake of making any hotel booking through Fabhotel, you will end up being helpless. Zero customer service and support. I booked the hotel looking at the overall rating of this hotel. But it seems these reviews are deceiving or maybe fake. Please read the negative reviews before booking.
FabHotel La Victoria
* CHOR HOTEL - FAB HOTEL* 1:-Very cheap class service 2:- rude behaviour. 3:- Cheap class of soap no shampoo no hand wash. My ratings for the hotel fab is Negative 10 (-10). I recently stayed at this CHOR hotel {fab hotel} in room number 215 from 17/01/24 to 20/01/24. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a matter that transpired during my stay. Unfortunately, I left behind my 80W charger in the room upon check-out. Immediately upon realizing my oversight, I contacted the reservation desk to inquire about the possibility of retrieving the item. To my dismay, the staff at the reservation desk denied any knowledge of finding or securing my charger in room 215. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of assistance (Thay said AAPKO JO KRNA HAI KR LO) and cooperation in such matters. The denial of any responsibility or acknowledgment of the lost item is disheartening, and it has tarnished my overall experience at your establishment. I kindly request that you please avoid booking with a fab hotel in any city. don't stay at this hotel. And the most important. room service boy frequently asking for the money.
FabHotel La Victoria
One of the worst stays i ever had till now is fab la victoria. Though the prices are high the facilities they offer are very bad. Beds are so hard that sleeping on them was a night mare. Not even kettles for heating up water was provided. Extra beds were in so bad condition that the bedspread given were looked used and not washed. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also that we need tk pay full amount to even get a room.the hotel balcony was very dirty with lot of men seen smoking around.

The staff misbehaved a lot during the stay. Initially they refused to change the bedsheets. In between they were not cooperative. The worst happened during the checkout. I asked them to give a bill. They could have politely rejected me or made me understand. Instead, one of the staff at the counter started yelling. Also, he asked me to get out of the hotel. His exact words being "Aapka ho gaya hai, aap nikal jao". I never expected such a rude behaviour. I know it was my time to checkout and I already had things packed. I was only waiting for the bill. Also while coming down using their lift, they deliberately made the lift stop somewhere in between two floors. It was very bad experience for me. I would never recommend this stay to anyone further. Also this hotel has a tendency to give away rooms to couples on a hourly rate and hence does not give much importance to bookings made online at a discounted price. They said, "Aapko room deke humara nuksan ho raha (They are facing a loss by providing us rooms as we were in a group and made the booking online)".
