This hotel has very good deluxe and luxury rooms and the cleanliness, staff and location of the hotel is very good Super Location very Nice Hotal

Hotel + staff were amazing. Staff were very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, as was the bath.

Bed didn't properly clear and also toilet cleaning some poor

We were women travellers,the place is very safe,and staff and service is extremely good.

Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Far Far from being termed as Fabulous in any respect. Had enquired parking since beginning from helpline number and even hotel all termed Yes. But there is no safe parking available with them , neither assistance given by them for parking. Only sentence being told us to park on road wherever u find space if any . No Lift service , a hard thing for senior citizen to climb three sets of stairs for room. No reception but only money collection booth . Even for any trivial room service like water bottle else tea at room we will have to remind again and again and would take not less than 20 min , but will disturb you at night for payment to settle of even one water bottle. Then also they do not have any funda of morning tea. For complimentary breakfast u will have to go on ground floor cafe which have got different entrance. For lunch and dinner a different place that is u will have to go a ground floor , then again climb first floor to have pathetic lunch or dinner . We had to stay 03 nights with 2 rooms for had booked online on good faith and had made advance payment . Even during check in when we reached hotel seeing reception which was not from any class to be termed as reception , low floor roof...Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Worst experience ever. Service is the worst. Reception people and manger as well don't know how to talk never go here even if this is the last hotel better to be in car then here

Made us wait 2 hrs for room which was prebooked. Waited till 2 a.m and got a small room in exchange Many other hotels are nearby which are miles better

I booked 4 rooms directly from hotel and agent aman , at the time of Booking he was very polite and pleased but when we visit hotel , hotel rooms was very dirty And unhygienic and we didn't check in . When we didn't checked in and stay for a single minute, fab hotels denied for a refund And also I am chasing since 2 weeks but he not even replying. Very bad experience. Do not book these properties in future.
