1 AverageExtremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. after taking token amount, the team started pointing out issues and additional shortcomings which were never informed earlier. the booking was confirmed at a specific amount, however later we were charged more than the agreed booking price, which is completely unethical. despite multiple calls and messages, the assigned team member (anjali) stopped responding entirely. due to this lack of communication, our guests faced significant inconvenience and stress. worst of all, without prior information or consent, the confirmed hotel was changed and guests were shifted to a cheaper, lower-category hotel. this caused embarrassment and discomfort to our guests. because of this experience, we will discontinue any future business and strongly do not recommend this service to others.Deepa Pradhan ., 29 Dec
