1 AverageVery disappointing experience. i had booked fabhotel namantara 2 months in advance for 7–9 march at around ₹3,500 per night and even paid ₹1,100 advance two days before check-in. on the morning of 7th march, the hotel called and said the price had suddenly increased to ₹11,000 per night and that i must pay the difference or they would not give the room. the staff was very rude, kept me on hold for 30 minutes, and refused to properly address the issue. despite the hotel not honoring the confirmed booking, they are not refunding the advance payment either. extremely unprofessional and unethical service. would not recommend.Ritu Jain, 7 Mar

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 16 Jan
