1 AverageTerrible stay. worst experience i’ve ever had. the reception staff was extremely rude and completely unsupportive. the room condition was very poor. on 10th december at around 11 pm, i was shockingly asked to leave the room by the reception staff in the middle of the night. even the bedshit was broken. this was highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. i strongly advise others not to book this hotel and not to waste their hard-earned money.Sachin, 14 Dec

1 AverageHotel bliss is over priced, the service-men are unhygienic. the room looks clean from exterior but when you will see that the the man who cleaned the toilet is arranging your bedsheet without washing their hands gonna make you feel disgusted.Bone, 11 Oct

1 AverageNot at all hygienic and clean. no amenities provided. dirty bucket, stained bed sheets, and stained towels. the phone is of no use, as no one picks up if you call. i had to go to the reception area to find no one at least 5 to 6 times to tell them what i needed. then, too, it was not done. pathetic service and cleanliness in the room. breakfast is ordered from outside thru swigging, so it was cold and will be served according to their time, not according to their guest times. paid 30k for 2 nights to get this type of pathetic service.S P, 26 Jan
