1 AverageI stay here for 1 day, next day my competitive exam was there, at night i needed to read ,i requested from beginning during day time also that light is not sufficient o read during late night, they said light will light up great during night , but i was right , during night you can see such photos that how can one read under such kind of lights? other rooms were empty , still they didn't give me and i had to read under this light. is this service good ? i'm done....Black_bunny, 5 May

1 AverageI booked the room 1 month in advance and also confirmed over call 10 days before. it was confirmed at the time. then, since they wanted to increase 5he fare, they canceled the booking and didn't even inform. i found out only after visiting in person for check-in, and due to this last minute information had to book after paying 2.5× the original amount.Abhishek Jadhav, 25 Jan

3 GoodOn booking website the name is shown as 'fab hotel galaxy' but in reality it is ' hotel galaxy oyo'. so after reaching the destination, it's very difficult to decide whether you are at right hotel. after check in... wi fi and land line was not working. for any assistance, you have to rush to reception.Mohit Kumar, 13 Jul

1 AverageI wish i could give zero star. very bad and unhygienic room. provided unsealed and used refilled bisleri water in the room. also they will fool you with breakfast. dont book breakfast along. they will provide only poha and pakoda that too they bought from local street stall.Aarti Kanodia, 26 Jan

3 GoodI like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.Komal, 29 Nov
