1 AverageRooms image present on their website and other booking portals does not match with actual. when we refused to stay, they refused to refund our advance . staff was not at all polite, they were like mere pas apka advance nai h me kaha se du, jaha se booking ki h waha se mango. we spoke to customer care they denied. at 11 30 pm with my 2 small kids , i was standing on the road outside the hotel looking for rickshaw. the entire hotel was vacant still they were not courteous enough to offer us upgrade or ay support. if this is the way people behave in customer service, i tell you,your group has a small vision and a very small journey into it. pathetic service , no gesture, disgusting behaviorArti Makkar, 4 Oct

1 AverageHad the worst time ever at this stay. the fab hotel customer support team is a fraud and cheat. i would never suggest anyone to take them because all they do i shear lies. they will make a fool out of you and commit false promises just to close a lead and once you make a payment they will not even give you the basic facilities. the entire team is a scamming agency when you reach out to them for help they straight up deny. stay as far as you can from theses scammers the worst experience everrreerSimran Kaur, 21 Apr
