Disappointing experience with fab hotels – not recommended i recently stayed at a fab hotels property and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations: • location issues: the hotel was extremely difficult to locate. it took over an hour to reach the property due to poor directions and lack of proper mapping support. • overpriced for the condition: the condition of the property does not justify the price charged. it felt significantly overvalued. • no parking facility: there was no provision for vehicle parking, which added to the inconvenience. • poor customer service: post-payment, fab’s customer service was unresponsive. they failed to provide contact details for the property and offered no assistance in locating it. • lack of transparency: once payment is made, guests are left to navigate everything on their own, with minimal support or guidance. given this experience, i strongly recommend booking through platforms like booking.com, which offer better facilities, clearer communication, and reliable customer support. i do not recommend fab hotels and will not be suggesting them to others.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience i had during my stay booked through fab hotels. the level of service was far below acceptable standards and has left me extremely disappointed. the main issue stemmed from mr. mukesh mishra, the fab hotels representative who handled my booking. despite informing him well in advance that we would be arriving in the morning and needed the room to be ready accordingly—so we could proceed for our darshan on time—he failed to communicate this to the hotel. as a result, upon our arrival, we were left waiting for nearly an hour without a room. the hotel staff had no knowledge of our booking and refused to offer any immediate assistance. the problems didn’t end there. the property had no power backup for the air conditioner, meaning we had to rely solely on a fan during power cuts. only one 1-litre water bottle was provided per room, which is inadequate. the bedsheets provided were also not clean, reflecting poor hygiene standards. this experience has been extremely frustrating and has adversely impacted our entire trip. based on this, i would seriously reconsider trusting fab hotels again and would not recommend it to others. i hope this feedback is taken seriously and necessary action is taken against such negligent service.

An excellent choice for budget travelers the room was clean, well~lit, and spacious.the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always offering tips about places to visit nearby.highly recommend

I wanted to give negative rating, but there is no option. location is right next to ram temple however reaching there is an uphill task as no car or e-rickshaw or auto will go there. rickshaw will go up to certain limit (after charging you exorbitantly) and then you will be on your own to reach premises as hotel staff won't help. they will simply stop taking your calls if you ask for help. we had early morning flight and had to carry our luggage down as staff was rude enough to tell us to carry your own luggage as they are sleeping. no room service. they charge even for a bottle of water. we asked for help in searching for a rickshaw, the hotel staff simply scolded me for waking him up in the morning. i had to go to streets at 3am myself to search for a rickshaw with my senior citizen parent (this inspite of fact that the staff promised me that they will help in the morning).

Wow it’s really fabulous as the name suggest. the stay , the room , the host and the maintenance - all were awesome and cool. thanks to the host bhaiya he was so cool and informative. the place is close to ram mandir and ramaswamy (ammanji) mandir. very well maintained and happy to have such nice experience.

I didn't stay at this hotel but paid the full amount, a surprise to anyone. i booked this hotel for a day in ayodhya. upon arrival at the hotel, they said, they don't have my reservation in their system. when showed the confirmation email, then they said, they transferred my reservation to another lower grade fab hotel (fabexpress siya raman) ... and they sent me by auto with all my luggage.. finally ended-up at that hotel that has no closet, no safe, no reception, no window, no a/c, no street name (means, no taxi agrees to come to this place) ... total waste of money as they charged me without offering any of amenities that i paid for. this is a new way of looting money from customers. stay away!
