1 AverageIt was terrible experience. it took almost 1 hour to reach hotel from main road. i had opted for premium room for 4 people but room allocated was very small and could accommodate only 2 people. after discussing with property manager and mmt team,i was given bigger room when i made additional payment.condition of this bigger room was very bad and insects were entering from main door as there was abnormal gap.a window ac fitted in this room was ineffective and it was temporarily fixed without any plug. one of the beds was emanating creaking noise all the time. room was not properly cleaned and big spider web also near washroom.i had paid for breakfast in room rent but had to convince properly manager to arrange it. only poha was served after lot of follow up from any outsourced restaurant which is beneath this hotel. only 1 towel was provided and that too was not clean. in totality, it was pathetic experience.Dheeraj Kaul, 29 Jun

4 Very GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 8 Dec

5 FabulousThe room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.Rahul, 7 Feb
