Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

First the booked hotel staff was very rude then my hotel got changed to uma ugal, air conditioning was for whole night not working i made complaint no solution provided from feb team, no towel no washroom suply provided, tea cattle was there in room but no tea/coffee pouch. me and my family had a sleepless night. worst experience ever, i request for refund the amount as promised.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.
