1 AverageVery bad experience. the staff do not provide proper hospitality and repeatedly ask guests not to book online, insisting on direct bookings instead. cleanliness is extremely poor — there were bed bugs, which caused a sleepless night, and the room was not cleaned after the previous guest. they simply reused the same bedsheets for the next booking, which is completely unacceptable. the toilet was also not clean. overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Arun Subramanyan, 21 Jan

1 AverageI booked this hotel a week in advance through fabhotels with a confirmed early check-in at 5:00 am, and i was ready to pay extra for it. however, when i arrived, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke arrogantly and told me to come back at 12 pm, saying the hotel was full. there was no offer to wait inside or any courtesy extended. at 5:00 am, with tons of luggage, i had to cancel my booking and look for another hotel, which was extremely exhausting and stressful. if early check-in isn't possible, it should be clearly stated at the time of booking — not after the guest has arrived. the staff attitude and lack of basic hospitality were very disappointing.Ferrao Alister, 2 Aug

1 AverageThe receptionist lady was really disrespectful and showed no regard for the customer. the receptionist lady has the most terrible speaking tone. even i think business owner encourage her.. while booking, they agreed to a late check-out, but after paid, they will phone at 11:00 a.m. and demand for additional money. room is clean and neat. don't trust any commitment given from staff. worst experience not recommendedSagar S, 21 Apr

1 AverageFirst of all please don't go this hotel with the recent feedback as of experience so bad this hotel non hygiene and no cleaning at floor. also apart the staff behaviour is so bad not supporting. 500ml water was supplied third if you're in room you can easily hear beside room voice and vice versa so go grk comforts and orenital suit which is my 3 year experienceRahul Gupta, 29 Nov
