Let's talk about the worst things first. 1. after checking in, they just let you be on your own. even for a water bottle you will have to call them 10 times, explain them that you need water, they will ask you to come down at reception as their is no service boy and after an hour if you're lucky, you'll get water. this happened to me 4 times while i was staying there, not even a single time i got drinking water without struggling this much. 2. as i told about such a must needed thing that is water, i also tried to order tea in the morning and i didn't got that too as well. you'll need to go outside to have your morning tea. 3. in my stay of 3 days, no one came to ask for cleaning etc. and when you go downstairs at reception, most of the time there's no one to attend you. you'll need to call them again and again on the given number and if you're lucky, they'll pick your call and get your problem sorted but i wasn't lucky enough to get my room cleaned in 3 days of stay. 4. set your car on fire if you're visiting here and want to keep your car near you. there's no parking even when there's space. they don't even help you in keeping your car safe. so people with cars, just stay away from this hotel. 5. mobile networks issue : as you enter hotel's premises, your phone will go out of network as there is no tower of jio, vi, bsnl and most of the times even networks of airtel fail. but hotel's wifi is just fine to keep your internet working. 6.behaviour of owner is pathetic. good things: 1. manager/receptionist: i am forgetting his name, i think it was nagarjuna. so manager was friendly and with a polite way he listened to my problems though solving them was not in his hands. he was the only nice guy there. 2. they are giving you a room with roof on your head to stay. *i am never going to visit here again even if they pay me to stay there.*

It was a traumatic experience. seeing the pictures given in the google space as well as seeing the positive reviews i booked 2 rooms. when i went there i had my first shock. it was on a small street and they had no parking facility for cars. as we checked in the rooms were just about ok, not to brag about. the rroms were smelling like rotten, ac was not cooling enough, the linen were soiled and dirty and looked as if they just fold and make it ready once the previous person leaves the room. i saw the room boys lying and rolling on the beds in another room which was vacated just then. no proper water, no provision for food. safety was a primary concern as we found that they had so many suspicious couples and other people around in the corridor and halls. overall it was terrific. we vacated within 1hr of checkin in. the front office thug tried to bully me and confront me. but somehow i managed to run away from the place. fortunately got an awesome accommodation (star rated) nearby for the same price. please checkin at your risk.

Is this a hotel?? a homestay is better than a so called hotel e.city inn of you. i have great idea of ur hotels after staying a fab hotel at chennai. a so called hotel e.city inn have no house keeping facility, no room sevice personal, a single person who is handling reception as well room service. 90% of day time he is not avilable in reception as well in premises. house keep means in e.city inn is a sweeper who is avilable from 11.00 am to 12 noon. why u r spoiling your brand name. i am requesting any of u please stay in e.city inn without disclosing ur identity. i am confident ur experience is horrible. in one word u r playing with ur goodwill by allowing ur name to a franchise to run a hotel. this property is not at all fit for hotel. all rooms are in different 3 bhk flats. i will stay my experience in your hotel is horrible.

Most unreliable fab hotel i did advance booking but when reached the destination hotel the hotel desk person refused to give room as they didn't get the proper information from fab hotel and said no room is available. after long conversation and argument the hotel advised for offline booking. after giving advance we have to book again offline. so what is the use of advance booking. very unreliable fab hotel. i request for refund of my advance booking money but they didn't. i don't suggest this site for anyone.

No hot water facility, no parking facility, poor room service. had a terrible experience with this hotel. reached out to fab customer care to avail no support in return . just don't trust the high rating in google and be fooled. my guests did not have pleasant experience and i had to take the pain of taking all bad feedback.they make sure they take complete payment in prior and rest assured they are not worried about your experience beyond that..

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
