I was given room 107. when i entered the room i noticed there was a smell. i notified the staff. they said there might be problem in ventilation. they asked me to go to room 105. i went there and noticed the false ceiling was broken in part of the roof. they said it fell yesterday. i stayed in the room for maybe 30 min to 1 hour and started to notice a smell there too. checked the washroom and noticed the exhaust fan did not actually have a fan. notified the staff, someone came and checked and were surprised by it. then i checked the windows and there were dead bugs there. checked the towels provided and they did not look washed. then i sat on bed and thought let me charge my phone and then will think about what to do. the electrical board came out and started hanging. i booked another hotel given this bad experience. the hotel refused to provide any refund despite all of this. i have raised a complaint in makemytrip and will probably never book fabhotels.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my hotel. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Damn! the service is tooo poor, i booked this hotel through a agent from fabhotel, after booking i've got few concerns but they were not even responding.. few of the members in the hotel are too harsh and don't even listen to your concerns, worst service ever.no hot water and they just ignored even if i told 2-3 times. not worth for money

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The room was clean. the surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. location is perfect if anyone wants to visit jaipur in its full pride. perfect location, where everything is less than 10km's away.
