1 Average1/5 – horrible experience at fabhotel ivory pearl (near sony signal) i had a terrible experience with this hotel and makemytrip. i reached the hotel around 12:00 midnight with a confirmed booking, but the hotel rudely denied check-in, saying the booking amount was rs. 100 less than what they wanted. the staff behaved very rudely and demanded extra money to allow check-in. no professionalism, no hospitality — just outright arrogance and refusal. i called makemytrip customer care multiple times during the night, but no one could help me. all i got was false assurance and helpless responses from every representative. this was a nightmare, especially when you’re stuck at midnight with no room despite a confirmed booking. avoid this hotel and think twice before booking with makemytrip. both failed badly.Hari Haran, 2 Jul

1 AverageI do not recommend this hotel. it is not actually a hotel, but more like a lodge. they initially said there would be no charges for early check-in after 10:00 am, but at the reception they collected an extra amount. even after raising a complaint, i received no response from the team. they do not provide basic amenities like a dental kit, so if anyone plans to stay here, please carry your own essentials.Dhana Reddy, 30 Sep

1 Average**title:** "terrible experience - denied check-in despite prepayment" i booked a stay at ivory pearl through the fabhotel app, prepaid the full amount, and arrived expecting a smooth check-in. however, the receptionist claimed i paid less and demanded additional money. when i refused, she outright denied check-in, saying i must pay directly to the hotel. this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. if fabhotel allows such behaviour, it undermines customer trust. i had to scramble for alternative arrangements, causing immense inconvenience. think twice before booking here!Nithya Thevar, 12 Dec

2 AverageOverall not a good experience, not recommended at all, they don't have a kitchen, so if your stay is included with breakfast then it is procured from outside. that only one plate you can't add more. they don't entertain any requests. don't treat this property as 3 star, it's not even 1 star hotel. i am disappointed with fab listing this hotel and it doesn't even qualify any standards. toiletries they just provide a rs 2 medimix shop 1 rs clinic plus shampoo.Ankit Jain, 15 Apr

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 19 Sep

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 14 Jul
