4 Very GoodRoom itself was spacious and good geyser was working washroom was good air-conditioning was good tv was not working, they kept giving excuses and finally told me they cant do anything about it intercom phone was not working wifi was not working too many wifi links but none working no complimentary breakfast was availableKannan N, 28 Feb

1 AverageFirst, there is no board that says it is fabexpress mayuri. it is manasi residency. if you look for mayuri residency you will never find the place. the room and hotel is suited for bachelors and single men. not at all suitable for family. room stocks of cigarette smoke. towels are torn, stained etc. forget breakfast, not even coffee and tea is provided. the rooftop restaurant food is ok but overpriced. while direct hotel rate is 1600 to 1800, online booking can get you 1400. for the price and location it is ok.. worst part was they are renovating rooms on 4th floor while customers are in the room in lower floors. the noise is unbearable.. really bad experience. would not go there again.Madhav Sreedharan, 21 Jan

1 AverageI stayed in room 203. they didnt provide basic amenities such as drinking water, soap for bathing etc. bath towel was given upon request. switches of lights and fan were placed behind and in between beds which was very difficult to access. the fan didnt have proper functional speed control.the name of the estabishment is different from what is given in booking apps and even google map. lift was not working and the reception is in the 2nd floor.H Sanjeev Kumar, 14 Nov

1 AverageOne of the worst hotels that i’ve ever stayed. first of all, they changed the name to manasi residency which is not updated in the fabhotels database. thank god, i read one review before check-in about this name change, hence i could find it. otherwise i would have been roaming around the roads. property has become very old. no maintenance at all. there’s no parking available for 2 wheelers as well. bathrooms stinks and i was so hesitant to take bath, tried using shower and there was a water leakage. stains all over the room. they provided 2 single beds instead of a queen bed which is not comfortable. there were mosquitoes also as they left the bathroom door opened all the time. trust me, don’t chose this property at any cost.Revanth G, 17 May

4 Very GoodGood stay but room furniture are old and not user friendly. breakfast are brought from outside road shops.there is a rooftop restaurant in the building where breakfast arrangment should be there. early morning reception doesn't pickup calls for any requirement. no bed tea concepts. rooftop restaurant food service is very good, is the only attraction of staying here.. location is in center of market place with all availability etc...other amenities are so so..Debasish Mukherjee, 11 Jul
