1 AverageExtremely disappointing experience – not worth the price i had a terrible experience with fabhotels. the room looked nothing like the pictures shown online — completely misleading. it was mentioned that the property was a non-smoking area, but the corridors and even the room were filled with a strong, unpleasant smell of smoke, making it very uncomfortable to even breathe properly. the room itself was poorly maintained, felt extremely shady, and far from hygienic or welcoming. basic cleanliness and upkeep were completely missing. i paid ₹2500 for this booking and couldn’t even stay there for an hour. it was a total waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience. i had booked fabhotels expecting a decent, budget-friendly stay — but what i received was far below acceptable standards. i hope the management takes this feedback seriously and stops misleading customers with inaccurate photos and descriptions. i definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.Diksha Kalra, 3 Jun

1 AverageDon't book here i arrived at 4am in the morning after an international flight, i had notified them it would be an early morning check-in, after paying a deposit to reserve the room. (which after three months they still have not refunded after saying they would) because i didn't turn up by midnight they gave my room away and didn't bother to tell me they had cancelled my booking. they finally admitted they had forgot i had informed them about my flight details. (after i showed them the whatsapp messages where they originally requested the deposit to reserve the room) their staff was useless, they kept trying to tell me the booking had been transferred to another branch (it had not - they were just lying and trying to send me away) i ended up having to call and book another hotel elsewhere at 5am. horrible experience, awful service and last thing we needed after 24+ hours of travel. give me my deposit back!Rhian P, 21 May

2 AverageI was cheated of my hard earned money. i first booked 8 rooms without the breakfast option. a person by name paras called me a few days before the check-in date and promised to give me rooms with breakfast at the same rates and asked me to cancel the booking. i relied on him and, cancelled the booking, and made a new booking only to discover that he had inflated the rates by rs. 6000. on top of this, the hotel levied a service charge of around rs. 4000 and deducted this amount from the booking amount. when a complaint was raised, they agreed to review the charge and refund the amount deducted which they did not. this was my first booking with fabhotels. considering the way i was conned, i will never book again and will advise all my friends and relatives to stay away from them.Anand Rajagopal Ji, 17 Mar

2 AverageI lost my ray-ban sunglasses in my room. i forgot to take it while checking out. i'm sure i left it there. i went back to the hotel this morning and everyone denied seeing it. after check out i directly went to work where i don't have to wear it and then back to hotel this morning to enquire. i just found the empty case in my car which means there's no place else i left it other than the hotel. i understand management is not responsible for personal belongings etc etc. but sincerity in such cases would fetch more praise and respect for the staff rather than temporary materialistic joy. i would really appreciate if the management goes full extent to get this for me. it's a very valued personal gift of mine. hoping for a positive response.Madhumita Udayasankar, 20 Jan

1 AverageI had done late checkin at 10pm, which was informed prior. for a late check-out of 2 hours they demand 500 rupees. i feel it's unwelcoming. i will never book again here. i just was asking 2 hours, with me prior informing in return for the saved 8 hours of my request of 2 hours. anyway disappointed. and don't recommend for a 3 star advertisement in booking.com for services that any lodge will have.Manukumar V, 30 Jun
