    The very best worst stay is fab hotel 1.there is no intercom in room 2. one car only parking inside the that's all other car there is no sapce in road only 3.tv in room is not recharged 4.no soap and bresh and towel also 5.drinking water only one 1 lit bottle ur need more you have to pay 6.no cups and mugs 7.no kettle 8. no complementry food provided totally overall i am aged 42 so for i travelled so many places and stayed more hotels in my experience never come here for stay not good ,not best dr s.arunkumar, director medi remedies chennai further you any thing need to ask see the hotel guidnlines that the thing person in the office told me ...

    We visited bangalore it was an official trip. i went there along with my wife in the month of june 2017. we took a cab to reach the hotel from airport. it is a 1hr journey from the airport to hotel. we had called the staff regarding pick-up facility. they said it is not available. the best way to reach is by cab. the location is well placed as there was an event conducted in that hotel. so whatever things required we would get it from the market nearby. there were food outlet like dominoz. other travelers will find it convenient as the markets are nearby. even bus and cab are available near to the hotel. the appearance is fine. the exterior looks were good. however the interior was not matching with the exterior. when we look from outside we think the hotel looks good. but when we go inside the interior looks are not that good. the front office was average. they do not have any idea who is checking-in and who is checking-out. they are not aware of anything. they do not bother who is coming in and who is going out. it seems like reception area is there in the parking lot in the basement area. the service was terrible. it was sunny outside. when we ordered for water we would get it after 2 hours. there was no cold water. there was a lot of delay in any service. moreover we had the language problem. the staff did not know hindi or english. it was difficult to deal with them. the room is quite good. we booked ac deluxe room. the room has the balcony with ac. even the interior decorations are good. we did not get some of the basic things like shampoo and towel. they are saying that a person has gone for a laundry service. he will come and provide the necessary things. this is the problem we face with service. we did not have food here in this hotel. there is restaurant facility inside the hotel. but we did not have it there. i will suggest they can have food here it totally depends on them. as i did not have it here. there is lift facility. there was an event conducted by the place where i work. we were in that event. i will suggest this hotel to other travelers. if they are going with family. it is not good. if they are going on business purpose then it is fine. they can improve on reception area and service department. they should understand english and hindi very well. so there is no misunderstanding.

    We visited bangalore it was an official trip. i went there along with my colleagues in the month of june 2017. i reached the place by taxi. i have no idea about the distance between railway station and the hotel. the best way to reach the place is by taxi. they did not arrange for taxi if we wanted to go to other places. the location is average. it is difficult to find the hotel. the appearance is alright. the appearance could have been better. by changing the building color it appeared old. there is lift facility. there is no travel desk like no pick-up and drop facility for the travelers. the front office cooperated with us very well. the reception area was bad. the service staff responded with us very well. . we booked deluxe room. it was clean and tidy. it was well maintained. we had food in the hotels restaurant. we got complimentary breakfast. it was tasty and delicious. there were no special dishes. i will suggest other travelers to have idli. . there were no activities conducted by the hotel. i will definitely suggest this hotel to other travelers as well. i will suggest the hotelier to provide cab facilities for travelers. and for improvements they have to increase room quality they have to give prompt response. they should not delay in serving our requests. as we stayed for longer period of time. the staff should clean the rooms everyday. they should change the mattress. after i complained they used to clean. there is no facility for drinks. we should ask for the service staff they charge for the service. the hotel is in the cross roads there communication is difficult. people do not know the language. on a particular day i asked for non-veg food. they said it is not available. but then the service staff took cash from me and got the food. it is not convenient as i am staying there and i should ask the staff to get food from outside.

    On a business trip with the family i visited bangalore in june 2017. we reserved our stay in fab hotel rmv through online in make my trip. bangalore was average. the location of the hotel was very poor. the actual location of the hotel was in matekere not in yeshwantpur. we reached the hotel by auto. travel desk was not there in the hotel. there was no parking facility in the hotel. the overall appearance of the hotel was good. the front desk of the hotel was average. overall service of the hotel was good. the room we reserved was very clean and good. ac was so effective and the bed was so comfortable. the bathroom was very clean and there was no water problem. the service in the hotel was excellent when we requested for water at 11 in the night they provided immediately when tube light in the room was spoiled we requested them they came in time and resolved our issue. there was cleaning of the room on regular basis changing the blankets and towels which made us very comfortable with everything. the food in the hotel was good we had complimentary breakfast other meals we had outside of the hotel. the quality of the food was tasty and rich in quality. the staff in the hotel were very friendly and cooperative and they guided us to the places how to reach where we have to go. all the 3daysof our stay their service was satisfied. lift facility was provided. i suggest to the hotelier to provide hot water or geaser in the rooms. we are planning to visit this hotel in future. everything in the hotel was perfect.

    I had booked for myself and family, two double rooms in fabhotel rmv yeshvanthpur, bangalore from 30th july to 1st aug.,2017. myself, my wife, mother and my younger daughter occupied this rooms and later in the night, my elder daughter from mysore too joined us. the hotel was undergoing renovation, which should have been foretold.this caused a lot of disturbance, during day time. more over there was no proper room service, even for tea/coffee. myself and my wife got black tea but my mother and daughter waited all the time for their cup of tea which never arrived,citing reason as renovation. for breakfast, i am sure the staff had brought things[just thatta idli n vada] from some outside eatery and served in a ramshackle place, where kitchen equipments and other things were spread around in disorderly manner. for a change of bulb it took hours, because the staff was cleaning the rooms. after all this when i went for settlement for the extras[i had prepaid for my stay in full for the two double rooms] i was told that the credit card machine was not working and i had to persuade the staff to make effect the payment through the edc machine. though i checked out in the evening of 31st july, i think i was charged for the extra mattress in one of the rooms for 2 nights!!! rooms, bathrooms are neat and clean but there is no enough lighting in the rooms please see to that the services are improved in the hotel. regards. dinesh kumar elyath. booked though makemytrip. booking id reference number - nh2p003354155672
