1 AverageLa palma hotel is far different from what they projects on the website. it is actually a dangerous place to be in. looms are not at all good, like other reviewers mentioned all toilet and room sink equipments are rusted, bed & pillows smell horrible like it was never been cleaned. no security system, very dangerous area. while arriving late checking around 2am i had to go around for 20mnts looking for the address, hotel is hidden with no proper lights. disgusting. i couldn't wait till sunrise to get the hell out of there. very poor attitude from from office rep when complains were raised.Such Roy, 18 Feb

1 Average⭐ 1 star very disappointing stay at fabhotel la palm suites, bangalore. the reception had no proper staff and the person handling it was extremely lazy and unhelpful. we booked a room for 2 + 1, but they did not provide an extra mattress for the third person. instead they expected us to adjust without basic arrangements. we had to argue just to get an extra pillow. to make things worse they didn’t even provide a simple water bottle which is the most basic service any hotel should offer. overall the experience was frustrating and not worth the money at all. would not recommend this place.Himanshu Kothari, 3 Feb

2 AverageThe room was good but not best at that price. bathroom was not upto the mark, old and rusted faucets, plastic part of commode lost its one screw, bathroom area was small. services are terrible. food menu was there only for showcasing, only one boy was making food for everybody. you can't order anything apart from thali at night and breakfast was buffet which is okayish. i stayed for 14 days and some days they didn't clean the room. no laundry service. lift doesn't work from ground floor, since hotel starts from first floor you have to descend with stairs from 1st floor. the first floor and dining area was beautiful but again the services were terrible. overall it is a hotel converted and refurbished from a pg. please visit and check before you book.Piyush Soni, 12 Jul

1 AverageI had requested early check-in at the time of booking, and i was informed it would be possible. however, now the hotel is saying early check-in is not allowed. i am arriving tomorrow morning and really need an early check-in, but the team is not responding properly. i also spent more than two hours with the agent trying to get this resolved, but there has been no support. please check the previous call records and help me. this experience has been very disappointing. i request the hotel to respond quickly and make the necessary arrangements.Githin Mohan, 16 Sep

1 AveragePathetic experience, i am rightly punished for going for a cheap place for once. couldn't even find the bloody place in the night, and the reception is more like a tier-2 town b-grade manager, forget professional, language or training. customer service rep tried to help but wasn't fully competent to understand things or give right or effective guidance even though i don't know what he could have realistically done. the room and bathroom and stuff - oh man, it will leave a mark and be in my nightmares for a while.Srivatsa C Koganti, 6 Oct

1 AverageReally bad service from fabhotel, never do anything from fabhotels, instead direct hotel booking should be done. especially representative mr. mayur from fabhotels is totally unconcerned about your issues and is epitome of mismanagement, these people will not do even what is right and make you hover all around. first time booked through fabhotel, but now do not have courage to trust on fabhotel again.Dhanesh Goel, 18 Jul
