Fantastic hotel, location very nice, staff also helpfull..10/10

Hated the hotel but after paying almost 3.7k for 2 rooms you don't have any choice. so i had to stay no matter what. here my list of things i hated. 1. rooms were not clean enough it had cockroaches. 2. sheets weren't clean it had fungus and blood drop stains. 3. staff behaviour was arrogant. 4.rooms didn't even had telephones to call reception. 5. even we had to buy water from outside else we had to fill water bottles from water dispenser which was on another floor. 6. i asked them to change the sheets but they refused to do so they were blaming me for staining the sheets. 7. they don't have any sort of parking facility. before arriving i called fabhotel they said that they have parking facility but no they don't so if you go there with your vehicle so take it on your own risk.

First of all, the photo of hotel front uploaded here is fake, in reality the hotel doesn't look like this....the rooms are not as clean as they look in uploaded photos....tv was not working, toiletries were provided after asking many times....room was booked through agoda app with breakfast, but the breakfast is same everyday poha, jalebi, the condition of the rooms should be upgraded and real photos of hotel should be updated on google.

This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. i was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. my stay was perfect.

⭐ 0/5 – extremely disappointing stay at fab hotel htc, jumerati bhopal my experience at this hotel was terrible from start to finish. i had booked a room for two guests, but upon arrival, the receptionist insisted it was a single occupancy booking and refused to allow the second person to check in. the staff also created unnecessary issues regarding local ids, and at one point even asked one of us to leave the hotel. when i requested a refund, they refused, saying only one person could stay — which made no sense since the booking was for two. we were also told breakfast was included, but it was never provided. the room quality was below average — very small, poorly maintained, and the bathroom door wouldn’t even lock from inside. after a lot of back and forth, the staff finally allowed the stay but made unprofessional comments like “aap log dekh lena agar police aa jaaye toh”, which made the entire experience feel unsafe and uncomfortable. overall, a highly unprofessional and unpleasant stay. would not recommend this hotel to anyone — poor service, rude staff, and completely unreliable management.

I recently stayed at fabhotel htc, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. the room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for a relaxing stay. the bed was quite comfortable with fresh linens, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, which added to the overall comfort. the ambience of the room was calm, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. the room service was responsive and professional. requests for extra water, towels, or toiletries were addressed quickly. the staff was polite and ensured that the room remained tidy during my stay. housekeeping was prompt and non-intrusive. the food was decent and hygienic. the menu had a fair variety of north and south indian dishes. breakfast was complimentary and served on time, with decent options like poha, paratha, bread-butter, and tea/coffee. while it may not be a gourmet experience, the meals were tasty and filling for the price. the hotel maintained good hygiene standards. common areas were regularly cleaned, and the bathroom was neat with basic toiletries provided. fabhotel htc is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby transport, markets, and eateries. it’s a good choice for both business and casual travelers.
