This is my first & last worst experience with this hotel (with booking through fab) , today left this hotel within few minutes after my check in & full payment, request to all pls do not believe on any online photos & details

Service needs an upgrade, ac remote not working,
if you stay more than a day, key card needs to be activated everyday
if something in the room is not working they will give a stupid reason instead of fixing it.
stayed for 5 nights and tv was not working. when reported they gave a reason "that dth line is down due to construction work on the road" ...not sure how dish tv is effected, and best part was there was no adapter powering the tv.

Dirty linen.. smelly rooms and torn blanket.. small hotel with no proper service.. no kettle in room.. towel and toiletries provided after request.. no proper parking

One of the worst place to stay, i mean if you want to have a terrible stay please go ahead. staff is really rude and worthless. if had the opportunity to seize any property for terrible experience i would start with this property i mean nothing is good about this property.

From outside, the hotel looks as if there are three floors. but it's actually only the third floor, 1st and 2nd floor were rented out. the size of the room was smaller than shown in the hotel pictures. the aforementioned points would not have bothered me, if the service was adequate. unfortunately it wasn't.
i checked in at 2:00 p.m and was informed that there are no fresh towels because of full occupancy. i had to ask for soap and water as well.
the television was not working. the room service person repeatedly lied and gave excuses but i was adamant. eventually i was told that tv would not be available. the toilet seat was filthy, had red spots on it. on calling room service i informed that these spots will accompany me during the stay and can't be removed.
fortunately, i had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. my stomach was thankful.
these are tough times for everyone, the tourism industry has suffered the most so unavailability of some facilities is understandable. but keeping the hotel in such dismal conditions won't help anyone. i suggest the owner of the building to rent out the third floor as well.
