2 AverageThe staff was polite and helpful, and the location is convenient. however, a few issues made the stay uncomfortable: tv was not working it seems they have not recharged, room had a bad odor due to pest control.water falling from the ac kept auto-cutting and didnt cool the room properly. rooms are not soundproof i could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms and the hallway, which affected sleep. the staff was good, but the hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, air conditioning, and noise insulation to ensure a better guest experience.Pankaj Rakhra, 24 Sep

1 Average"my stay at hotel president was a complete disappointment. the photos online are completely misleading; the hotel is run-down and the rooms are nothing like what's advertised. the minute i entered, a foul smell hit me. the pillows were stained and had a terrible odor. my room's ac barely worked and the bathroom was filthy, with what looked like a week's worth of grime on the floor. when i complained, the staff and owner himself was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issues. it's clear that there is a severe lack of professionalism and care here. the management needs to take a serious look at their standards and the way they treat their customers. this is not a place i would recommend to anyone, and i certainly will not be returning." also owner called and asking me to delete the review. when i denied he misbehaved with me. this is a serious concern.Harshvardhan Shrivastava, 20 Aug

1 AverageSince i was staying with my partner, whenever we went outside, i locked the door. but when we came back, there was always someone who had been through our room, i dont know why. i could make this out because, i locked the room twice but on coming back it was always locked once only. although nothing was missing or misplaced but then why was someone coming into our room? there is definitely something very wrong with privacy of guests in this hotel. rating this 1 star on every possible platform. it was located in a very bad locality, definitely did not feel right. also, the wifi was not working, i asked the reveption, he told me to connect again and he'll generate an otp but none of it was done. the guys at reception were constantly asking our room number everytime we came and went back. the boys were staring at my partner in a very wrong manner that she didnt find it suitable to stay.Ajit, 14 Feb

1 AverageAsked for news paper, took back saying it is md sir copy, can't provide newspaper.no dental kit,bluntly refused for laundry back.19th was check in 20th aug was checkout but we came on 10th 8am and checked out at 10am.in so short stay can't got stuff!Shaily Srivastava ., 20 Aug
