We went there in a prime day room were book but the guyz arranged a room for us ... the executive suit is amazing ... they offer bathtub roadside big windows to see greenary... serive is also good

It's not a hotel worth staying. i had booked an executive room for self on 07 dec. had to catch vande bharat the next day to nagpur at 0915 hrs from bhopal junction. reached hotel at 2300 hrs on 07 dec. kitchen was closed till next day morning 0730 hrs. no tea, no provision to make tea in the room, bed sheet was torn, lights inadequate in the washroom. no sleepers. only thing good was that despite the inadequacies, the staff was polite, courteous and helpful. hotel needs drastic course correction.

Fraud fraud.....fab hotel is big fraud fraud fraud.....fab hotel is fraud....we booked by calling fab hotel prime president.we told them booking will be for 2 adults and 1 kid which is 10 yr old. they told that for kid there will not be any extra charge and also we ask them for early check-in .they told that for 2-3 hours you can do early check-in and there won't be any extra charge.but later when we came to hotel they ask for extra charge for kid and early check in. they charged twice of the agreed upon amount. fab hotel is fraud. there is a liquor shop beside hotel.

Sorry to say but the experience at this hotel was pathetic. at arrival at the hotel we found that the hotel rooms and building looks completely different from what shown on agoda. open drains with gutter water outside the main gate of the hotel. the delux room which i booked was smaller than what was shown in the images. they are using misleading pictures to lead guests into booking these rooms. straightaway i denied the room and requested for the upgrade to the executive room which was given to me by taking additional charges. the executive room was okay but overall the service of the hotel is horrible. they won't provide you with any complimentary toiletries and you'll have to rely on your own if you're carrying all those with yourself. moreover the bathroom doesn't have shower it only has a hand shower which is very uncomfortable to use. the worst part was the morning breakfast which was complimentary in the stay. when i went to the banquet for breakfast buffet i only found poha and puri aloo that also was cold and literally i felt cheated. you can't call this a breakfast buffet.
