The rooms were very dirty and the bed sheet and blankets were not clean. food was also not serviceable in the hotel. somehow we managed spent three hours… overall pathetic

Poorly cleaned, unprofessional service staff, desk is okay , rooms are not filthy but dusty, uncleaned sheets bio fluid stains on pillows and cushion. its a guest house not a hotel . location is quiet and proximus to isbt and rkmp station .notning else is good about it

If you are looking for a comfortable stay close to aiims in a safe location and most importantly in a pocket friendly range, this is your hotel. situated in a convenient location at saket nagar with all modern amenities and various food options nearby, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, functional toilets and prompt room service. the staff is too courteous and helpful and will always greet you with a smile. we had a pleasant stay here and will stay again for sure.

The room was not clean. the blankets and bedsheets were in poor condition. please improve it otherwise people will not prefer to stay there. significant improvement needed.

Had a horrible experience. the hotel claims to be 3 star. but doesn't even deserve 1 star. i have sent a detailed feedback to fab hotel team. paid extra for included breakfast. if they can't provide it, why charging extra? we had to book another hotel because there was no water, and we had to get ready for the conference we were attending.

It was my worst experience to stay in this hotel 1. dirty and unhygienic room 2. dirty and always wet bathroom 3. bathroom taps leaked 4. torned wallpaper 5. mosquitos 6. bugs in the bed 7. shouting fan 8. ac not working properly 9. worst breakfast 10. asked to supply a tea without sugar twice but received sweet tea both the times 11. there were only couples couples couples and couples in the entire night it was looking like a red light area 12. no window in the room 13. there was nothing to appreciate really very bad. in my view it should have -marks
