1 AverageVery bad experience and service. even ac remote was going to be provided. very dirty room full of insects dirty bed and bathroom, dirty curtains. staff were very irresponsible. even for a bottle of water i have to wait for 1 hour. waited almost 30 mins for checkin. waited 4-5 hours for ac remote. tv was not working. chair in the room was broken. bathroom was used and not cleaned. telephone was not working. no speed control for fan in the room. no parking available here. very disappointed and feel like waste of money. no complimentary water bottle was provided. they charged for the same.Amit Sahu, 15 Feb

1 AverageNot satisfied with anything. staff behavior needs too much improvement. no slipper in room, ac not working properly , no parking for self vehicle. room size is too small for double bed , it seems single bed room converted in to double bedroom. not justified the rent. irritated with mosquitoes , intercom was also found broken.will not prefer self in future and will not suggest to my near and dear. they must acknowledge and take action on customer feedback otherwise they may loose the customer.Kalyan Sharma, 29 Aug

3 GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 3 Jun

4 Very GoodExcellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.Birjesh, 16 May

1 AverageThis is not a 3 start hotel actually it is a 3rd grade hotel. very poor service i stayed in the hotel for 2 days they don't have electcity backup in my case of power cut for 2 hrs,. once u ask for a service they will provide after 30 mins they don't clean rooms usually.Ankit Rastogi, 2 Aug

5 FabulousWe stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.Ravi Singh, 5 Jun
