Worst hotel ever bedsheet and pillow cover have strains, cigarette marks. the washroom smelling and looks like it's not for month's

This hotel does not match any of expectations. basically the property is run by staffs and the maintenance is very very poor. washrooms does not have geysers. the hot water supply is completely dependant on solar power which is very inconvenient for early morning trips. even the flush doesn't work. we had to change room because of a broken door of the toilet!! the hotel does not have restaurants.the area is 10 km remote from the city centre and does not have many options for good food. however, the young staff tried their best to serve us. overall impact - the property needs attention and care from the owner.

Worst place to stay with family, dirty rooms, washroom and linen and not secure for children. very rude staff and the owner... images shown on booking sites are fake, it's the worst and dirtiest place i have ever seen on the name of a hotel.

My stay at the hotel involved serious deficiency in serviceunclean room, foul-smelling bed sheets, faulty door lock, no geyser, poor service, and unhygienic conditions. i demand a full refund immidiately.
