FabHotel CSFC

Most horrible hotel i have ever visited in bhopal. i stayed at room 106. the room had dampness and it smell the same whenever you enter. there were cockroaches all over the room just the bed was good in condition. the phone was not working and i was unable to make a call for any room service. there was no towel in washroom and they don't have any food facility within the hotel, we have gone outside for lunch which costed us more. the receptionist was a middle aged man who behaved so casually. the tv of my room wasn't working at all. i was suppose to have one office meeting for which i was seeking internet connection however the wifi was reachable on the corridor and not inside the door. i had to connect my laptop with my phone hotspot. even the quality of the air conditioning was compromised too. it was set to 17 but we need to turn the fan on continuously. the location of the hotel is also not good. my personal suggestion to others who are counting this hotel for their stay is to invest a bit more but choose some good hotel. i am very disappointed with csfc hotel.

Room was unclean. bedsheets seemed stained, torn, flithy. pests in every corner. television not working. squeaking fan.l, no toiletries, no toilet paper, no towels, very unhygienic bathroom and filthy commode, no complimentary mineral water bottle provided, no room service. everything wrong that you can imagine with a hotel room is what was wrong with this hotel. when complaint to the staff, they said will send somebody to fix but nobody came. deceiving photos. location was super shady. will never recommend this for anybody. hamidia road itself is a very shady locality. do not book any hotels in this area if you are looking for a safe and comfortable stay. fab hotel should immediately bar this franchise and should keep tight quality control on service. this is just going to destroy your brand, you have already lost me. never going to book any fab hotel ever again.

There was a rat in room and they bites bag chain. on 22 july 2025 water was not coming from 18:00 to 23:00. they have not recharged the tv.

Not bad for the price. there were some problems in the room but they were not that big of a deal breaker plus area is silent at night and you get kettle when asked and you van order from outside to eat.. overall if my friend would ask me about this hotel , i would definitely suggest it . also there are lots of negetive ratings for cleanliness which were not true in my case( it wasn't cleanest but definitely not dirty at all, consider taking one bedsheet from home if you're hygiene freak),you can also extend your stay hours (it cost me 335 for extending 4 more hours .

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
