Hotel room is not clean and have a bad smell the tv was not working and commode flash was not working i have informed the person in the reception but no satisfactory answer was given to me and at last he asked me to give review on google qr

Most honest review ---pathetic hotel , bad location. manager forcefully tells us to rate good . bed sheets were dirty, towel dirty . they charge different amounts to different people for early check in ! bad bathrooms , leaky faucets . the room has rats . smelly bad rooms and dirty bedsheets and towels . dirty bad location. the front photo is a gimmick. nothing is there in actual.

Hotel rooms are not same as shown in images .. small size room ... staff is pretty good, busy staff request us to give five star rating and good comments infront of them i couldn't refuse that time ... i did as thay said but this is my second comment... plumbing is major issue in toilet bedsheets and blankets was not so clean , they didn't change even of you say... location is inside the gully attached to main road hotel staff is good , you can book if you don't get any other better option ..... my recommendation - hotel is okay okay. don't believe in photos as they posted. i think should try for better one

Not the same hotel as shown in the image. first of all the locality was not good. there is a small passage like a small gully type and then i reached the hotel. then all the amenities which was mentioned in the mmt app was not provided like the air conditioning was not working, there was no ventilation in the room, the towel which was provided was dirty and smelly and also the wifi was not working properly. first they provide me one room and when i argued that this was not the room which i booked then they switched me to the other room and faced all the issues which i mentioned above. i kindly request mmt management to please provide the honest reviews and pictures of the hotel of which the customer is going to visit so that it will be clear for the customer to know and there will be less complaints regarding the hotel reviews.

My experience at this hotel was very terrible! first of all when i checked in it was 3 am at my check in the receptionist told me that i have to pay 1200 for check out at 11 pm. and didn't mentioned the date. i thought why they will charge 1200 for 8 hrs so i haven't questioned but for my checkin for 11 pm next day. so overall they charged 2400 for my 32 hrs of stay. other than this the rooms were...go for the photos i have attached. the smell in the room was like it was closed for around a month. the moisture on the walls and destroyed flush and trash under the bed all will destroy your experience. there was no ventilation in the room overall. and while checking in he told he that it was there best room they have shown. the staff was also not that cooperative. so overall i will recommend to enquire well before checking in. and if possible go for some other stay.

Most horrible hotel i have ever visited in bhopal. i stayed at room 106. the room had dampness and it smell the same whenever you enter. there were cockroaches all over the room just the bed was good in condition. the phone was not working and i was unable to make a call for any room service. there was no towel in washroom and they don't have any food facility within the hotel, we have gone outside for lunch which costed us more. the receptionist was a middle aged man who behaved so casually. the tv of my room wasn't working at all. i was suppose to have one office meeting for which i was seeking internet connection however the wifi was reachable on the corridor and not inside the door. i had to connect my laptop with my phone hotspot. even the quality of the air conditioning was compromised too. it was set to 17 but we need to turn the fan on continuously. the location of the hotel is also not good. my personal suggestion to others who are counting this hotel for their stay is to invest a bit more but choose some good hotel. i am very disappointed with csfc hotel.
