1 AverageI recently had a disappointing stay at a hotel. unfortunately, the rooms didn't meet my expectations, and i was surprised to find that there was no room service available. the cleanliness of the hotel also fell short of standards. furthermore, i experienced issues with the wi-fi connection, which wasn't resolved despite reporting the problem to the hotel staff.Subin Thomas, 3 Oct

1 AverageWe reached the location at approximately 4 am. on reaching there, the manager was asleep and didn't wake up despite several attempts from his assistant. the assistant showed us a room , which was still not cleaned. we requested for another room, where washrooms were in a bad state. thereon, we requested for upgrade and were shown another room, which was manageable but still not as per requirement and not worth the money we paid for. disappointing experience and will advise others to never visit this placeAnoop Ingle, 21 Jan

2 AverageTotally disappointed with the hotel. no hot water, tv was not working, broken door knobs, toilet seat was broken , room size is very small, no dustbins or mirror in the room, our bed was broken , broken mirror in toilet , wifi not working , no cleanliness... we changed the room. the second room was in good condition only plus point is the staff! they all are very polite and good !Swati Bhanage Joshi, 29 Dec

1 AverageThis is the worst hotel ever. do not ever book this hotel. we booked from fabhotel and the hotel first denied that they dont have any rooms. on insisting, they offered a really bad room. they denied to fabhotels as well that they are unable to provide a room. our expereniece was pathetic and i suggest everybody to avoid this hotel at any cost.Sagar Chhabra, 28 May
