1 AverageI stay there days from 12 to15 dec 25. in these 3 days no cleaning in room batroom even after requesting. dus bar bolne par tv ka wifi chalu krte h.. vo bhi morning me kb bnd krde pta nhi.. even drinking water bhi har waqt available nhi tha. mattress was totally uncomfortable. i got serious back pain because of it. also on cheak out time, i got late by just 15 minutes and the receptionist charges 100 rs extra on the name of late departure. ther charged miniral water bottle at 25 rs. bed hotel..bed experience.Dhruv Fitness, 16 Dec

2 AverageExperience not good at all. they charged 500rs for just early checked in and we supposed to checked out same day only. room condition not good, no cleanliness, no plug for tv. bathroom sink outlet was blocked. i booked through make my trip for 2 guest 1 adult and 1 children including breakfast. but hotel charged for 1 person saying they have booking for 1 guest. i showed him the booking voucher but ni use. overall lot of improvement required. not satisfied at all. i went through existing reviews and it seems no point of taking feedback if no action taken and no improvement visible. if hotel charges for customer then should provide basic facility.Rupesh Balvir, 13 Nov

2 AverageDisappointed with hidden early check-in charges i recently stayed at fabhotel kamla regency and was quite disappointed with their early check-in policy. when i arrived a few hours before the standard check-in time, i was informed that i would need to pay an extra charge for early check-in. i had pay early check in payment already during the online booking process, which felt misleading and unfair. while the room and overall service were satisfactory, the unexpected charge left a negative impression. transparency about additional fees is important, and i hope the management improves communication regarding such policies to avoid disappointing future guests. --- if you want to adjust the tone or add more details, let me know!Alok Pal, 15 Mar

1 AverageVery bad service , do not go to this hotel. staff is poor no body is bothered about service over here. ac not working in the room. it took 1 hr to deliver tea in the room. very bad food was served to us as breakfast. do not recommend at all to the hotel. they charged us extra for early check in for 3 rooms , though we just used 1 room as early check in. lift is not working properly. while check out they argued with us and asked us to leave very rudely.Dayaram Vishwakarma, 15 Jul
