FabHotel Red Vibe

It was one of the worst hotel i stayed in my entire life, they misnomerly increase the price even on prepaid booking. we have prepaid booking for 2 rooms for 2 night stay when i reached hotel for check-in they make me wait for nearly an hour and afterward they rebuffed my booking while saying we have an order to not allow you to check-in, then i tried to contact with fab they said me tarrif has been increased so now we can't do anything you have to pay extra ammount they nearly doubled our ammount and as we miss our cost of opportunity we haven't left any other option so we have to pay them. even after providing that ammount we guys were not satisfied on there service part. after interacting with few more guests stayed there i get to know that they were also suffering from similar situation. (fab hotels + fab authority) make there business purely on basis of fate accompli they booked your room on lower price and when you reached to the hotel they quash your booking. we guys definitely going to explore legal way im respond of quashing my agreement (confirm booking is also an agreement) so you guys took careful steps while booking this hotel and booking through fabhotels

The recpetionist guy ravi malviya is a rude person. they are bunch of unproffessional running this hotel. their service is too slow and dont entertaing any kind of requests. their attitude is rehna hai to rahi varna abhi bhaga die jaoge. i had to stay as i deposited money. but apart from behaviour property was it is a nice property athe washroom were clean which is really important. so my experience was average. i might stay but due to their behaviour towards customer i wont. on top of that really bad breakfast.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. could not have been more helpful. excellent rooms which were very spacious. great housekeeping. outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of city.
