1 AverageFabhotels company or chain of hotels does not even deserve one star. they have the poorest rooms you can imagine. they don’t care about their customers or customer’s money and customer service. funny thing is hospitality and hotel management is all about how you treat your customers and they don’t care about this one thing that is the whole source of their income and reputation which is- customers. fabhotels has no future if they keep running their hotels like this. trust me dharmsala and ashrams are better.Priyanshi Chauhan, 29 Jul

3 GoodRooms are good for small family to stay for 2-3 days. bedsheet cleanliness is bad. stains of blood and oil on bed and bedsheet. food system is extremely bad. do not take the breakfast package that they offer. only breakfast they offer is poha/samosa and tea which is not worth at all. hotel tulsi opoosite to it is better for stay or rajhansArchit Seth, 1 Aug

3 GoodBedsheets are not changed regularly only on complaining they change the bedheets, still pillow covers are not changed. room cleaning is just average, the room itsel is infested with cockroaches. the rooms are provided the basic amenities like room mirror, towels, toilet soap, hair oil sachet and drinking water. the only silver linings are the spacious room with good air conditioners and the location, the hotel does not have an in house kitchen so either you have to eat outside or order through swiggy, zomato or whichever platform you want.Deepak Rajput, 20 Jun

5 FabulousI stayed at fabhotel sanskar for 7 days and i had a great experience. the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very helpful and courteous. the room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the location is also very convenient, as it is close to the habibganj railway station, the db mall, laxminarayan mandir and some important attractions of bhopal . i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and moat comfortable stay in bhopal.Dr.saurabh Agrawal, 22 Feb

2 AverageI booked the hotel considering a chain of fabhotels (as it was marketed in makemytrip). but the hotel is nowhere close to the pictures shown on the fab hotels website. my room was big but no comfort. the bed was uncomfortable and the almirahs were very dirty. staff was no great either. also there is no mention of fabhotels at the property. definitely they do lot of photo shop to edit the images.Ashish Kabra, 30 Dec
