Overall worst stay experience. first reception staff have not any manners. they behave like they are bosses..aap jao reception pr khde rho koi good morning nhi checkin ke liye 1 ghante wait kro . after that room service aise hain jaise aap lodge me rh rhe ho .. silver foil plate pr wrap krke breakfast bhejte hai. and food quality bhi worst h ... if you want to waste your money than book on this hotel. i'm recommended please don't book this hotel they are just looting the people .

It was my son's first birthday party where they spoiled the party by serving stale food, tasteless food, rooms were ok ok only, not 3 star type....service of the staff was pathetic, not at all supportive in anything, especially the manager mr. baljeet and mr. jagdeesh mandal doesn't have manners to respond to the client/customer properly...they have zero maturity handling...the location is near the prabhat petrol pump but they do not have their own parking space...mr. omkar is a nice person who handled before and at the time of booking, but when the handover was taken by the other persons of the hotel including their waiters as well, they were so immature and misbehaved too...such a childish act seen along with lots of wrong commitments..if anybody is reading from hotel silver inn, you must apologise to us whatever you guys did with us, it was a shameful feeling for us infront of our guest specially after the party where some of our relatives and nearest ones also confirms about the quality of the food....still you guys have time..kindly improve your services and handling too... thank you and this is a very genuine feedback from my side.

Zero stars for fab hotel. you are one of the worst company i have ever worked with and you gave me the worst experience of my life. your agent " lokesh" was so rude , very unprofessional i called for help but your agent mocked my situation he hung up on me , his supervisor was standing near him advised to disconnect when i called the second time he had the audacity to say do whatever you can.you gave incomplete information with the hotel who denied ne entry when i messaged you there was no response and when i called you didn't help me. i will file a lawsuit against you because what you did is fraud and the way your agent behaved it shows the true nature and culture of your company.anyone reading this please don't use fab hotels,they are fraud

Terrible experience – not as advertised the receptionist was extremely rude and clearly lacked basic manners when speaking to guests. the website claims the hotel is couple-friendly, but the staff's behavior was anything but welcoming — full of judgment and unnecessary trash talk. no one came for room cleaning during the stay, and the staff seemed visibly angry just because we didn’t order food from their kitchen. to make matters worse, they were upset that we booked the hotel online — which makes no sense. the location is also a big red flag. it’s right next to a liquor shop, and the road is filled with drunk people. it felt unsafe, especially for girls or families. overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. definitely not recommended.

Dirty location with overflowing gutters in the streets up front and staff refused our online reservation saying they had no rooms available before finally admitting their lie and giving us the room. washroom has loose electric cables, dirty washroom drains and missing mirror? also the door handle to the room is dropping and useless.

The staff is very kind but room is very but very dull , lack of proper lighting and ventilation so it feels suffocating. it is not cozy but stay for 1 or 2 day would be okay if u r fine with compact and closed rooms without ventilation and bright light. this hotel needs to update itself in several ways.
