3 GoodThe behaviour of the staff needs to be improved, especially with mahima, the hotel manager. she was so arrogant to handle the guests'guests. she was so rude to the guests and it is never ever experienced or experienced from those who are in the service industry. wifi not working, there is no proper plan for the breakfast service, they do billing as per their own wish. i would wonder if you book this property thru any websites like booking.com or any other websites, they simply reply that online bookings are not accepted due to the price discrepancy with the booking sites. when you do check-in, if they are denied and demanding very high charges compared to the online rates, just think about the situation of a person who doesn't have sufficient funds for his travel or if he travelled with planned money thinking that the hotel is booked! finally, i could say that the hotel rooms are comfortable and worth the money as per their tariff.Dr. Selva Kumar, 1 May
