1 AverageI booked 2 deluxe room online. after reaching the hotel, receptionist informed she can't provide us deluxe room. online room criteria and hotel criteria is totally different according to them.. i didn't got the rooms which i booked.. rooms were totally different from the photos that they are showing on on the goibibo. bedsheets were not clean..there were lots of strains..ac was window ac that you can't control according to temperature. bathroom door didn't had any lock. no bathroom essentials like soap, shower gel, shampoo etc were provided, only hand wash was there. above all the receptionist don't know how to deal with costomers . it was a very bad experience. only good thing about this hotel is it's location.Mridusmita Choudhury, 17 Sep

1 AverageBooked this hotel expecting basic amenities, but it was a complete disappointment. the kitchen hasn't worked for over a month, yet they continue to take bookings without informing guests. there were no utensils provided, the bathrooms had no exhaust, and the geysers didn't work at all. management was unresponsive and careless throughout the stay. to top it off, the positive reviews online are clearly paid and misleading. a terrible experience overall-definitely not recommended.Hirokjyoti Kalita, 21 Apr

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 10 Sep

2 AverageThe hotel is near the airport. the room and bathroom are very small. not as clean as i expected as a part of fab hotels. the ac was very noisy. the bedsheets and towels were very old and out of shape. the bed has special guests like cockroach. i stayed there for two nights. the experience was bad. no clear information regarding the policies of fab hotels. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not fit for a solo traveller also.Shubham Choudhary, 27 Sep

1 AverageWorst experience in this hotel as well as fab service. i had booked my hotel in pentagon next but after visiting in the hotel they said fab has changed your hotel from pentagon next to fabhotel greenstar which is worst as ever. i will never recommend this hotel as well as never book your hotel from fabhotel. they are not trust worthy and they will ruin your vacation. this is not fake feedback or something.Umesh Kumar, 26 Mar
