FabHotel Prime Middleton

First and foremost, we arrived at 11 30 in night due to flight delay. we were group of 8 people and booked 2 cabs. first cab arrived early while i was still waiting for second cab. when my wife and kids reached hotel they had a horrific sight. 8-10 drunk men were coming out making loud noises and commotion. they got scared and waited in cab for me to arrive. meanwhile the hotel shutter was half down and guard was calling my family to come in quick and not stay outside, which made her even more scared. after i reached and pursued her, she finally agreed to stay there. then came second shock. reception staff has changed our room from 2-3 floor to 4th floor without any explanation. since it was late and we had no other option. the rooms were dim lit and small. does not seem like deluxe room. attaching few pictures for the readers. finally, at breakfast we were made to wait for 50 mins before breakfast could arrive. crockery was old and chipped (see pic of tea mug). we asked for butter toast but got jam toast instead. every small request has to be made multiple times before it could be heard. finally, i know staff would say i was rude at the time of check in, but i was really tired after long travel and flight delays, and they made silly jokes about giving id proof of my kids etc. that irritated me. i am sorry for making them feel bad, but the fact is it has become a trend that people who book rooms online get shorter end of the rope. when we book online and pay in advance we have no bargaining power left and hotels can give any room left after giving good rooms to walk in guests. plus the walk in guests get better price than online guests.

My recent stay at the hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience. my room was spacious, beautifully decorated. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything tidy and well-stocked daily. the hotel's central location made it incredibly easy to walk to local shops and landmarks. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying here again soon.

My partner and i had a great experience with the hotel. the staff were very friendly and helped with the best of their ability after a really bad experience for us with another hotel. the one star down is only because we didn’t get the delux for 2/3 days that was booked. but overall, they are cooperative and helping. great breakfast too. would definitely come back

Worst hotel experience ever – avoid at all costs! this is by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. apart from the location, everything else was a complete disaster. the owner is shockingly rude and unprofessional — absolutely no sense of hospitality or responsibility. the staff tried to help but were helpless under such poor management. our room had cockroaches and insects crawling around. i’m pregnant, so i was extremely cautious and immediately complained to the reception. instead of solving the problem properly, they sprayed some antitermite chemical with a terrible smell that made it impossible to breathe or stay in the room. when we asked to change the room, they flat-out denied saying there were no rooms available. we had to call the owner, who not only refused to believe us but also argued saying “none of our rooms have insects.” when we told him we had photos, his response was unbelievable — “what do you expect for a room under 3k in bhubaneswar?” is this how you treat guests? such arrogance and lack of professionalism are shocking. the hygiene, management, and attitude here are pathetic. please don’t waste your money or risk your health by staying here — there are far better hotels in bhubaneswar that actually respect their guests.

I along with my family had a wonderful experience at hotel middleton. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. i especially appreciated the homely atmosphere with my children,they enjoyed the hotel environment freely. the location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. i would highly recommend hotel middleton to anyone looking for a decent and hassle free stay.

I hope there was a lesser rating than this. don't go by the reviews of the hotel, it is not at all for the family. my parents stayed there and there's a bar at the top floor for which it used to get very bad at night, there's continuous noise in the hallway till 3am and it used to get very unpleasant at night. plus the service is not at all up to the mark.
