Worst service,staffs are very unprofessional& rude, rooms are unclean and unhygienic... worst experioence... totally unsatisfied..

This hotel should not be called fab hotel by any means. it should be called bad hotel. pro: 1. location is central. 2. hot water available. cons: 1. no parking available in front of the hotel, it's somewhere in the back which needs a bit of navigation to get to. 2. the rooms are stained. wall paint is chipping out, there are stains everywhere. there a bit of dampness in rooms which can only go away by turning on the air conditioning. 3. fall ceiling in the bathroom was removed where there was geyser. again, the walls were chipped. 4. key cards for many rooms are not working. physical key need to be used to lock/unlock. 5. the staff is not much helpful. lot of follow-up is needed to resolve even smallest of issues, many a times they are not solved at all. 6. the restaurant is horrible. it's a bar and has a definite bar vibe all day, even at morning breakfast. it does not feel like a decent family friendly restaurant and has a vibe of a cheap bar shown in movies. 7. breakfast options are very limited if you opt in for breakfast included room. everything is cold and dry. 8. televisions don't work. i will not recommend this hotel for stay unless major changes are done to everything, everywhere!

Very bad hotel, i can't go again this type of hotel , toilet broken, toilet flush not working small room etc......

Fabhotel pentagon offers clean, comfortable rooms with a pleasant atmosphere. the stay feels relaxing and well-maintained. the pricing is slightly on the higher side, but still reasonable around ₹2000 plus gst for two people. overall, a good budget-friendly option with nice amenities.

We just stay for two days but the experience is too bad 1. tv is not working 2. washroom water jam 3. washroom is slippery 4. no proper room service 5. no proper hygiene

Unsafe for women!!!! not at all family friends the guests lurk the hallway making you unsafe and the hotel staff doesn't do anything about it. the rooms are moldy and and bedsheets are used and have stains, the the room stinks, the wooden panels are rotten literally, the ac is leaking and moreover the door can't be latched properly just don't come if you're a woman
