There is no wifi, i have asked in the reception and the receptionist said they don't have wifi. which was dissatisfactory to ne as its mentioned wifi as amenities.

First thing its not upto to fabhotels standards..pillows was smelling like moisture wet .. no hot water in evening only in the morning..they have provided 250ml 2 water bottle.. toiletries means only water shampoo in dispenser.. i have opted for morning breakfast. they have provide 2 pc puri& curry, i have asked for extra puri it will be charged..for extra 1ltr water bottle charged 25inr, more than mrp..

Very terrible and fraudulent activities are performed by the hotel staff or owner i have booked my room with fabhotel royal lagoon and they shifted me into dirty hotel namely athitya they claimed that rooms are not available in this hotel then why they didn't return my money i will file fraudulent case against you as well makemy trip.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.
