5 FabulousI stayed at fabexpress b zone for a couple of nights during a short trip, and honestly, i had a really pleasant experience. the room was clean, neatly maintained, and had all the basic amenities i needed. the location is also quite convenient – easily accessible and close to nearby shops and restaurants. i especially appreciated the calm atmosphere inside the property; it felt safe and peaceful. check-in was smooth, and communication was easy whenever i needed assistance. for the price, i think it’s great value — perfect for short or even longer stays if you want a bit more privacy and flexibility than a hotel. highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or business stays!Prahadish, 3 Jun

2 AverageHad the hotel had provided clean towel and mattress, we would have enjoyed the stay. sorry to say that not only clothes are dirty, it created foul smell in the room. curtain was of rolling type. we were unable to use it as it exposes inside out. it should be replaced with blind fold type. one small table and chair should be provided. these are the reasons forced me to give two stars. please correct these small issues and improve to get for 5 stars.Sp B, 23 Jul

1 AverageLocation is the only thing which is good. the hotel was deserted and lacked cleanliness in all aspects. when i checked in into a room, i saw a mice running around. i asked them to change the room. the other room had cockroaches all over the room. when i told them, they said they can put spray in the room. even the room was claustrophobic to an extent that without getting refund i just left the hotel without arguing and booked another hotel near by. to conclude put some more money and book any another hotel. i ended up going to park elanza which was 2 mins walk from this hotel. it was way better.Tushar Mhaskar, 17 Jan

1 AverageOne of the worst hotel i stay. the rooms and washrooms were not clean. they didn't properly maintain the rooms. for this rate, the hotel is not at all worthy. i booked the stay for 5 days, however i stayed only 2 days. the washroom tap are not in working condition. when , open the tap there is no flow of water and shower tap also very tight, can't able to open.Blessy, 1 Jul
