1 AverageI am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent booking at your hotel. upon arrival, i was shocked by the condition of the room, provided to me. the room was dirty, unhygienic and nowhere near the standard advertised or expressed by the hotel. this was completely unacceptable. because of these conditions, i had no choice but to check out immediately. i did not stay the night, as it was impossible to do so in such an environment. i paid for a service that was not delivered, and this experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.Dr. Balaji, 12 Jan

4 Very GoodFast checkin and checkout, room is clean and restroom is also clean. proper working electricals and taps in toilet. since, i stayed just for night alone cannot comment on service. lift was operational only for limited time. no food available at hotel, however ha ve good eateries near by. overall decent stay will recommend for solo/friends group travellers only.Goutham P, 13 Nov

2 AverageBooking through fab hotels of the serviced apartment is a nightmare. i wanted to change the arrival time and get in touch with the facility. the phone number given is that of a call centre. i contacted on 18th july twice and on 19th, seven times and twice even after i landed in chennai. it was the same on all occasions - the ivr will say for contacting the reception dial 6, the reply is, "our team will contact you soon" and disconnected. even after 9 attempts to contact, nobody from fab hotel (perhaps an aggregator) ever replied. i had to manage with the hotel for early arrival after a discussion. and regarding the tree service apartment, rooms are comfortable, easily accessible and a little off the main roads. service is satisfactory. no food is available. when the attendants bring food or coffee, the rates are exorbitant (compared to the area and nearby hotels). general maintenance is average. the whole experience was awful. i can only give two stars. **Rayadurgam Narasimham, 22 Jul

3 GoodThink before you book! if you’re traveling with the family, then please don’t book this hotel. but, if you are alone for a day or two stay, then this would do well because of the location. my room was not so properly cleaned before i got it. washroom was not neatly maintained. air conditioner was not that great but picked up slowly. there is a tv in every room. there is an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggages by yourself. but apart from these, no fancy things. not worth for the price either.Prasanna Jayananthasarma, 14 May
