1 AverageBed was 2 single insted of queen. matress was too soft got instant ace and cant sleep. on top of this ac was noisy and windows were tied and locked. no towels ,no comb, furniture is not finished properly and got cut in finger. this was ugly.Ajay Awadhesh Chaurasia, 4 Apr

2 AverageRooms were decent, cleanliness below average, responses were poor. breakfast was redundant and waste. no proper power backup by the time they switch on generator manually power comes back that long it takes just to turn on. except for one lights and fan nothing works not even sockets. since there are very less options in surrounding area had to go for it. this is the issue in this side very less options.Mohammad Moin, 23 Dec

1 AverageBreakfast in idly some smell is coming. by mistake i forgot my one addidas tshirt in this property.same day i spoke to their coustomer care and he gave me property no i spoke to one of their representative he said me that tshirt is there i said me with in 3 days i will come and take the tshirt. now once i reached their to take my tshirt they are give some excuse and used it put some red colour on that make it wet . i don't know if they don't want to give they told me that days only. they are telling nothing will happen u do what ever you want it's ur problemAshish Malviya, 16 Jan

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Rajiv Sharma, 1 Sep
