1) poor service in canteen: the canteen staff, especially the captain named prisha, responded rudely when we requested an extra small bowl of coconut chutney. she said in hindi, "kitna khayega? 2 plate ka chatni bheja hai na, aur kyun chahiye?" this was very unprofessional and insulting. 2) cold food: food served in the canteen was not warm. we expect at least freshly heated meals during our stay. 3) misleading information about complimentary food: when we called before booking, we were informed that omelets were complimentary. however, after check-in, we were told omelets are chargeable. only after raising concern did they provide it complimentary. 4) room size: the room was much smaller than expected and not as depicted online. 5) wi-fi issues: the wi-fi was not functioning properly, which disrupted our work. 6) false listing on makemytrip: the listing claimed the availability of a washing machine. however, we found only paid laundry services were offered, which is misleading.

Good morning. we stayed for 3 nights at fab blossom t.nagar .our experience was superlative. from location to cleanliness to the courteous staff and helpers. the cherry on the cake is their tie up with matsya restraunt which is next doors. great food served quickly. fab blossom highly recommended .best wishes to the team.

Fab hotels are primarily used by business travelers. if you can provide hair dryer why not a tea kit and a kettle. fab hotels don't have a kitchen or restaurant. breakfast service begins at 8.30 am and business travelers have to leave early to attend meetings and trainings, so invariably we miss breakfast.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. in my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.
