1 AverageWe booked at this so called fabhotel. the place is dirty, the pictures are misleading. the staff is rude. do not recommend the place. the toilet is filthy. the door locks were flimsy and barely holding together. sheets were not clean, the provided towel was torn, there were bugs in the room. the room was barely liveable and this property in it's current state should not be hosted on booking.com or fabhotels. the staff were unaware of the breakfast option and managed to deliver an idli breakfast procured from somewhere everyday.Keerthaba, 3 Jul

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 8 May

4 Very GoodVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Ranjit Singh, 25 Aug
